In this installment of Registered Ear Offenders, host Chris Z and Sal Rodriguez welcome stand-up comedian and exercise guru Jeannette Rizzi, who discusses her one-woman show “Blindsided.” Jeannette talks about turning tragedy into triumph, and balancing health and humor. The show opens with our hosts dishing on the habits of gays of the 1970s, in particular the origin of sagging pants and pocket handkerchiefs. In “Stump the Trainer,” Sal goes head-to-head with Jeannettte in a battle of weight training trivia, with the winner receiving a jar of protein powder. In “Confessions,” Chris shares a youthful indiscretion so shocking his only hope of salvation is a statute of limitations, while Sal brings new meaning to the term “kissing cousins.” As a last-minute addition, Chris reads an open letter to the retail porn industry, written by an embarrassed DVD renter. In “Sal’s Weekly Rant,” he calls upon eBay sellers to clean up their act, and clean up their products.
