The Master's Playbook Welcome to another episode of The Master's Playground.
We had a little technical interruption, but you know, this studio is amazing and really cool and things can be fixed remotely.
That's all I've got to say.
That's pretty hot.
Anyway, so...
Right on.
Welcome to The Master's Playground.
I am your host, Chrissy Stereo.
Thank you so much for tuning in.
And as you tune in to me and I to you, we take a moment to tune in together.
We do so by chanting the Adi Mantra.
And so, for those of you who are new to chanting, new to Kundalini, new to Chrissy Stereo, new to, I don't know, the new paradigm.
All right, right on.
Let's go.
Let's move forward.
We're going to go ahead and place our hands into prayer position, resting our thumbs against our chest plate.
Your back is straight.
And we take a deep breath in.
And if you're new to this, I ask that you simply follow along.
Just the words themselves will help shift your energy.
And on the next breath, we'll begin.
Om.
Om.
Namo.
Namo.
Om Namah Gurudev Namah Om Namah Gurudev Namah Om Namah Gurudev Namah Sat Nam Love, Sat Nam I always love to hit pause right about here.
Such a sweet spot, it really is.
I love to hit pause right about here.
Thank you for tuning into the Master's Playground.
Tonight, we are exploring, embracing, what, what, what?
Egomaniac.
Who, me?
Right on.
Okay, so we are going to be diving into just what that means.
But, you know, let's start out with a little song to help set the theme a little bit.
And we're going to go a little retro, as I tend to.
Yes.
Yes, because it is, you know, all about, you know, the musical soundtrack of our lives.
So beautiful.
Let's go ahead and jump into the first song.
Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Eternal Love Thank you.
You can cut you like a knife If the gift becomes the fire On the wire between will and what will be She's a maniac, maniac on the floor And she's dancing like she's never danced before She's a maniac, maniac on the floor And she's dancing like she's never danced before Dancing like she's never danced before On the ice blue line of insanity It's a place most never see It's a hard-won place of mystery Touch it but can't hold it You've worked all your life for that moment in time It could come or pass you by It's a push of the world but there's always a chance In the heartless days of night There's a cold kinetic heat Struggling, stretching for the beat Never stopping with her head against the wind She's a maniac, maniac at your door And she's dancing like she's never danced before She's a maniac, maniac on the floor And she's dancing like she's never danced before Dancing cannot cannot cannot Dancing cannot cannot cannot cannot Dancing cannot cannot cannot cannot Dancing cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot Dancing cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot Thank you.
Thank you.

it's also known as an obsessive preoccupation with oneself and applies to someone who follows their own ungoverned impulses and is possessed by delusions of personal greatness.
Hold on.
Yes.
I am great.
I am everything.
Anyway, so yeah, impulses and is possessed by delusions of personal greatness and feels a lack of appreciation.
Someone suffering from this extreme egocentric focus is an egomaniac.
The condition is psychologically abnormal.
So beautiful.
So now we have a little bit of foundation of what, you know, what this primal need that we go through.
You know, it's in all of us.
It's constant since birth.
It helps us meet our needs.
But when it's ungoverned, not tended to, not balanced, things could be a little off.
I'm going to go ahead and transition into our next song.
I did bring up Janet Jackson earlier, and I'm going to actually bust her out right now.
You know, I was thinking of songs to play regarding the ego.
And this one, is a remix.
And it's a remix of Carly Simon.
So enjoy.
Ha ha hoo hoo.
Thought you'd get the money too.
Greeting, greeting, greeting.
Try to have that kick you need it too.
Ha ha!
Yo, check this out you greedy mother.
I changed all the credit cards and switched the locks to all my doors.
You thought my heart would be destroyed.
Let me tell you, I'm not a I'm not a I'm not a I'm not a a a a a a a a a I think negative done.
But you're gonna tell her.
After she discovers.
She don't really love her.
Oh.
It's gonna be so down.
Knock, chow, chow.
Chow, chow.
Sooner, sooner.
I'll bet you think this song is about you.
I'll bet you think this song is about you.
I'll bet you think this song is about you.
I'll bet you think this song is about you.
Don't you.
Don't you.
Don't you.
I'm doing better.
But.
I'm happy without you.
And I'm happy without you.
Yeah.
You're sweating me, but I'm not your type.
You think you're hurting me.
And it's all right.
I'd rather keep the trash and throw you out.
Stupid.
In my beach house.
No, I could go and act a fool.
And be the little story.
All the news.
Not a news sucker.
I'll never be your lover.
I'd rather make you suffer.
OK, baby.
Oh.
Who you gonna give it to?
Who you gonna steal from?
Who's your next victim?
Oh.
Who you gonna lie to?
Who you gonna cheat on?
Who you gonna love?
Who you gonna take?
Who you gonna talk about?
Oh.
Oh.
What you gonna tell her?
She discover.
She the real lover.
Oh.
Oh.
She gonna be your toe down.
Knocked on the top.
I'm not too cute.
Shoot him up.
You must have thought you had game like .
Walking around like you down.
You don't give a .
But you really won't be for taking to the street.
See, I'm a lover, not a fighter, but I crack your teeth.
Boy, please, please, nah, don't bother me.
Because when you had me, you ain't know how to chill with me.
You weren't the bees in the street with the frig necks.
But now you all up on them knees, still jogging me.
But I'm a stay a real, real girl.
Keep it real.
What the deal?
How you feel?
Is you ill?
Is you sick?
Mr. Niggas.
Because I'm the deal.
Still here with the pill.
And this real don't front.
Because, boy, I'm the .
I'm doing better without you.
And I'm happy without you.
And this song is about you.
Son of a gun.
Got a chip up on his shoulder.
I just knocked it off.
Show me what you're going to do.
I'm not a fighter.
I'm not a fighter.
I'm a player.
I'm a player.
I'm a player.
I'm a player.
I'm a player.
I'm a player.
I'm a player.
I'm a player.
I'm a player.
I'm a player.
I cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot cannot You probably think this song is about you, don't you?
Don't you?
Don't you?
I bet you think this song is about you, don't you?
Ha ha hoo hoo, thought you'd get the money too.
Greeting, greeting, greeting, try to have that cake you needed too.
I'm gone.
I'm gone.
Greeting your ego.
I'm sure a lot of people out there can relate with whenever we, it's really the inner child, right?
The inner child will come out and just sort of throw a temper tantrum.
I always like to visualize the inner child, you know, sort of like in diapers in a sandbox.
It's just a little pissy, you know, and I want it my way, you know, get out of my sandbox, that kind of thing, you know.
And it's really because we are teaching ourselves.
We have the opportunity to on, on, you know.
With acknowledging when our id, when we want our needs met, really needs, you know, it could be recoached and realigned and, you know, kind of nursed a little bit.
You know, it's sort of like the adult self talking to the younger self saying, hey man, it's chill.
I've got you.
Come with me.
Trust me.
But no, that's not how all of us roll out there.
What happens is when we have this primal, you know, like.
I guess attachment to needs.
What happens is sometimes we set unrealistic and rather ridiculous expectations based on, you know, onto those needs.
Like I need this, you know, and this is the way it needs to be.
And we kind of like freak out.
And what happens is that we are not really, you know, we get lost in the ego.
We get lost in those moments.
It also happens in spiritual practice.
So there's a little analogy I guess I could, I could use.
Every time I talk about, you know, like spiritual ascension and our spiritual practice, I visualize Kill Bill, you know, when, what's her name, dude?
The main character, you know, you know, when she's off in like the Himalayas, what looks like the Himalayas or in China or whatever.
And there's this guy with a long white beard and he's schooling her, you know.
That's what it's like.
You know, you have to meet all these different challenges.
And you'll find that even in that movie, she had to meet her own fears.
She had to have courage.
Yogi Bhajan, as when he talks about the ego, he says, when ego is lost, limit is lost.
You become infinite, kind and beautiful.
So what is he talking about?
Right.
So in order for us to truly achieve true freedom in our experience, true happiness, peace and joy, we have to understand the different stages that we go through as we are spiritually developing.
So let me, let me break it down for you.com.
Okay.
Now, this is specific to Kundalini.
This is not Kundalini yoga, but it's universal.
Okay.
So I'm going to go ahead and just stop right there and say, this is a universal, you know, process that we all go through.
The first stage.
Sarampad.
It's the honeymoon period.
When we consciously embrace the choice to walk a spiritual path.
Right.
Oh my God.
How fabulous.
I'm on a path.
It's great.
It's the honeymoon phase.
You know.
It's, it's when we're celebrating the fact that we have even arrived to that decision.
Okay.
It's sort of like meeting somebody and going, oh my God, I'm so into you.
You know.
Then there's another stage.
The second stage.
Karampad.
This is where the work, um, where the work to embrace our spiritual path begins.
Okay.
We start working on ourselves and understanding some of the root causes of our, um, issues.
Okay.
This is when we peel the onion back and we're like, hold, you know, we're meditating and we're like, whoa, man, you know, I'm scared about this.
I didn't realize that I was like communicating this way or, you know, we, we, we began the self auditing process, you know, and we start to, instead of pointing the finger, we start to bend the elbow back.
Right.
Wow, man.
Look at how I'm tripping.
I'm tripping in the world.com.
Yes.
It's a very interesting ride that we can go through when we look within peel the onion back.
And I'll say this, when we start to do that, what happens is that, you know, that, you know, what we find is, you know, we could place our attention on something and go, wow, you know, I really want to work on this because I have a, I have a poverty consciousness or something.
Right.!
I'm so tired of that.
But then all of a sudden, boom, something else will show up.
Right.
And you're, and you don't even realize it because you're like tending to this like other thing.
Right.
So what happens in this particular practice is you have different challenges that arise and you are stimulated in addressing them or at least acknowledging them and going, wow, wow, wow.
Then we hit probably the most, our most important stage.
Right.
Stage of our spiritual development.
Shaktipad.
Yes.
Vanity.
The vanity that some students and teachers embrace and again, relate to our spiritual development in Shaktipad.
Shaktipad is the third stage of the five stages.
Okay.
The five stages on the path of wisdom.
Shaktipad is the most critical stage.
The most critical stage, which will either make or break you.
I dig, I dig shit like this.
I really do.
I really, really dig when it's like, do you have it?
Is it in you?
You know, or are you going to like totally just crumble?
Right.
So the choices that originate here in Shaktipad will determine whether you continue on the path to mastery.
Or whether you stay at a level that's kind of apprentice, you know, Hey, you know, I'm doing my limitation, my meditations, man, I'm totally connecting, you know, but you're not really doing the work.
You know what I mean?
Or you give up altogether.
You totally give up altogether.
So this is it.
This is the phase where step up and be a master.
This is it.
Is it in you?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
Is it in yourself?
when you face your ego, and I'm going to go ahead and speak in personal reference here, okay?
When you start to meet your ego, you have the ability of transforming it.
You have the ability of getting out of your own way, expanding your understanding, expansion.
So how do you do that, right?
What are examples of ego getting in the way?
Okay, well, like we mentioned, it's when the id is kind of going crazy.
You know, it's sort of saying, I need what I want and I want what I need and stuff like that.
So in meditation, it's sort of like, you know, you can get a little lost in your own self-importance, you know?
It's like, you know, I'm doing the work and da-da-da-da-da, or I'm the bomb.com, whatever it is that, you know, the script that you tell yourself.
It's that very script that you have to tackle.
What happens after, well, how do you tackle it?
Let's talk about that for a second.
Let's shift into kundalini yoga, right?
When we do kundalini yoga and you are in Shaktipat, there is a meditation that's called the ego eradicator.
It sounds like a video game, but it's amazing.
What happens at that point is that, you know, it's a certain position, right?
If you sit and, you know, I could post a link on chrissystereo.com on, you know, how to do this and stuff like that.
But basically a short intro is you are in a meditational pose, right?
And then you raise your arms to, you know, this type of angle if you're looking at the video.
So basically it would be about a 90 degree angle.
And you have your thumbs out.
And then you do breath of fire for three minutes consecutively.
When you do that, what happens?
One of your thumbs are going to start talking to you and start wrestling with you a little bit.
And that is communicating which side is challenged, which side is holding on to the ego.
As you continue to practice this, and of course, you know, if you do so for 40 days, which I'm doing, what happens is that you start to transform.
You are getting out of your own way.
Your own ego, ego is no longer an issue and it will come up.
And what's cool is that you are able to get a different perspective on it and go, wow, that's my ego.
Trip on that.
So all this kind of magic happens in Kundalini Yoga.
I am literally a devotee.
This is my lifestyle.
This is how I roll.
And, you know, a lot of people talk about how it just seems, you know, all these meditations just work.
They do.
They work.
The path to self mastery is tackling even your, not just your fears, but your ego, as I've been saying throughout the day.
Or, you know, if you, if you don't want to be a master, you know, and you don't want to merge with the infinite and stuff like that, you can opt to stay with the ego.
But with that, there are a lot of fears and a lot of challenges.
And really, I don't think a lot of us want to stay with the ego.
Yeah.
Stay at a lower frequency.
So if you're tuning into the show, I'm pretty, I'm pretty confident that you are on the path.
So what happens after that?
Well, we'll jump into that after our next song.
I want to go one more retro song on us here.
It's a little egotistical.
And I think you'll enjoy it.
All right, let's do this.
Too sexy for my love.
Too sexy for my love.
Love's going to leave.
I'm too sexy for my shirt.
Too sexy for my shirt.
So sexy it hurts.
And I'm too sexy for Milan.
Too sexy for Milan, New York, and Japan.
And I'm too sexy for your party.
Too sexy for your party.
The way I'm disco dancing.
I'm a model.
You know what I mean.
And I do my little turn on the catwalk.
On the catwalk.
On the catwalk.
On the catwalk.
Yeah, on the catwalk.
On the catwalk.
On the catwalk.
Yeah, I do do my little turn on the catwalk.
I'm too sexy for my car.
Too sexy for my car.
Too sexy for my car, too sexy by far.
And I'm too sexy for my hat, too sexy for my hat.
What do you think about that?
I'm a model, you know what I mean.
And I do my little turn on the catwalk.
Yeah, on the catwalk, on the catwalk.
Yeah, I shake my little tush on the catwalk.
Too sexy for my, too sexy for my, too sexy for my.
Cause I'm a model, you know what I mean.
And I do my little turn on the catwalk.
Yeah, on the catwalk, yeah, on the catwalk.
Yeah, I shake my little tush on the catwalk.
I'm too sexy for my cat, too sexy for my cat.
For pussy, for pussy cat.
I'm too sexy for my love, too sexy for my love.
Love's going to leave me.
And I'm too sexy for this song.
You know what I really, really dig about that song?
I was watching the stats of people who were tuning in.
Yeah, people like Right Said Fred.
They just do.
I can just imagine people tuning in and going, oh wait, I love this song.
It's all like, oh, I could dance to it in front of the mirror and do my thing, man.
Yes, so we have been talking about egomaniac, who me?
We have discussed really embracing how the id, you know, which is valid throughout our entire lives, our lifetimes, our lifetime.
It helps us to achieve the needs that we want.
But when left to its own, you know, automatic pilot status, what happens is that we start to become a little unrealistic and childish, immature, things of that nature.
And then we moved into sort of, you know, understanding the various stages of our spiritual development.
First is the honeymoon, you know, we have the honeymoon phase.
It's absolutely, you know, it's hot.com.
Oh my God, I'm going to be a total yogi.
Or, oh wow, I'm totally devoted to insert your deity here, you know.
Or I'm totally on this path and it's so great.
I love having this accent whenever I focus on the ego.
Oh my God, I'm so into me right now.
I'm so into me, you know.
Then we get into doing the work.
And we start to peel the onion back.
And we're like, oh my God, this totally stinks about me.
Let me work on that, you know.
But then inevitably we come to the ego.
And literally it is a crisis, okay.
It really is.
It's so dramatic.
But that's literally what Yogi Bhajan has highlighted.
And this is literally here you confuse Shakti, the Shakti from you with the source of Shakti.
Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn Dawn that leap of faith of where it's, you no longer are spoon fed answers.
You literally have to take the leap and just know that you are on a divine path, keeping up with your work.
It requires that you check your ego at the door.
It's like, thank you.
This is my admission ticket.
Here's my ego.
And I'm just totally going to follow the divine.
That's it.
And that which looks scary to you is exactly what you have to embrace, right?
That which you, your logical mind starts to tell you, oh, I don't, I don't know, you know, you know, can I just do my meditations?
Oh, I missed a day.
Guess what?
You have to rinse and repeat.
You know, you have to start over.
You have to start over.
It's, it's when you allow your mind, this is literally when your mind is battling the heart.
This is literally when, you know, the heart of surrender, you know, is it in you?
And not everyone makes it, man.
Not everybody chooses to jump off that cliff.
You know, imagine, you know, you have a little backpack and you're like, okay, I am surrendering to the divine.
I'm surrendering.
I'm getting out of my own way.
And that, and you know, and it could, it could be, and this is going to challenge so many different areas and people, it could be money.
It could be security, a false sense of security, a false sense of self-worth.
Like, oh, you know, if I just get all these likes on Facebook, I I'm accepted.
And this gives me a false sense of truth.
Does that make sense?
You know, as opposed to just sort of, you know, I'm going to do it.
I'm going to do it.
I'm going to do it.
I'm going to do it.
I'm going to do it.
I'm going to do it.
I'm going to do it.
I'm going to do it.
I'm going to do it.
Surrendering and just going, I don't even care what happens.
I'm in the hands of the divine.
Yeah, it's pretty heavy stuff.
And this really applies to our, you know, more of our yogi community, but it's universal, right?
It could be any theology.
Surrender.
There's you, your needs, your wants, your expectations, your unrealistic, you know, um, you know, which can morph, into unrealistic needs and wants.
And then there's total surrender and allowing spirit to guide you and your love increases.
So what happens after we, you know, like, what did we achieve?
Once we successfully, you know, pass that major test, right?
And mind you, it is really a major test.
What happens?
We then enter the fourth stage, the sahaj, pad.
And I apologize if my pronunciations are not quite right.com.
This happens after conquering ourselves and our ego at Shakti pod.
It becomes a stage of relative ease.
It's really yummy, by the way, I'm starting to really experience this particular phase.
This is where everything just fits together in a natural synthesis.
Synchronicity is a regular occurrence as we manifest effortless effortlessly.
So look at that.
When we get out of our own way and we surrender, we have the ability of being true magicians in this world.
We're able to effortlessly manifest.
Right?
Mastery.
Okay.
And then we enter the final stage.
Okay.
And then we enter the final stage.
Right?
The final stage is sat pod.
It is a place of grace and complete harmony.
Again, Yogi Bhajan says there is no separation between the duty of the world and the choice of our own will.
There is a sense of equality and transcendence.
Yeah, it's quite beautiful, actually.
Okay.
So let me tell you a little, just a little bit.
So a little bit about yourself.
Um, recently there was some residue ego.
I thought that I had surrendered completely to the divine, right?
And I'm like, whoa, I still have some sticky stuff that has me in Shaktipat.
So what I ended up starting to do was basically, okay, I surrendered to the process.
And I first, I thanked, you know, I thanked the divine.
I thanked the cosmos for highlighting that which was holding me back.
Gratitude.
And then from there, I've always maintained my commitment, you know, my meditation, my kriyas.
But I incorporated ego, eradicator.
I incorporated working with a variety of different other teachings that I'll talk about in another episode.
And what happened was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was priest merging with the divine.
I was able to go ahead and identify, wow, that's just my ego telling me I would be scared if I did this.
I must hold on to this or I must do that.
So I started to look at it separately.
And then I was able to go ahead and truly experience the bliss that is not only sahaj pad, but also sat pad.
When you are effortlessly creating and following the divine, what happens is that your wants and needs are exactly what the divine wants you to do.
It's amazing.
It's yummy.
It's beautiful.
It's really healing.
Okay.
Okay.
So that's working with our ego, everyone.
So it will happen in your lifetime.
It will happen, especially if you're on a spiritual path.
Hold on.
There's like a little fuzzy on the mic.
If you're on a spiritual path, you will have to face your own ego, your wants over the wants of the divine.
Amazing.
So at this portion of the show, I always like to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who is going through this.
Thank you to everyone who is check in with the energies that are coming at us this coming week and I do so by turning to Kabbalah Tarot and with Kabbalah Tarot it's lined up to the tree of life so we're able to go ahead and hone in on ancient energy and to understand all right what can we expect what's happening what are some of the lessons that we are challenges opportunities that are going to be presented to us well the very first card that I drew is the 10 of wands and the wands pertain to the self it's about the self which is so appropriate given that this is a self-based show so what is it that we can anticipate we are finishing up things you know we're finishing up a certain sense of ourself okay we are I mean if you're if you're on the path man you know if you're doing the work for yourself essentially what we're doing is we're just getting rid of of old ways of thought or ways of being we're basically just finishing that off now that's that's that's what's happening you know this is a lot of work but we're doing it this is such a great ride I mean we've been through so much tension in the last three months you know so much tension and now we're coming to the opportunity of where we are tasting that nectar of okay we've identified our fears we've identified what's holding us back you know but now it's that leap that's basically it so the 10 of wands in order to finish it up we have to jump we have to trust in the divine we have to embrace divine's will and sacrifice our will that means getting out of our heads and into our hearts that's how we do it when we get out of this the monkey the monkey that is the mind and all the stories and all the fear and all the ego oh this has happened so much in my life I don't want it to happen again insert script that's the old way of doing things we are in amazing times I'm getting chills I'm getting chills man if you get out of your own way everything is possible you're able to manifest your wildest dreams we are in the year of seven the year of seven is to do the work how do we do the work we get out of our own way we surrender when you surrender then you're able to go ahead and actually live in your authentic self your higher self is the presence that navigates in this world I feel like I got started everyone got me started there it's crazy anyways so what's another energy that we can work with as we get out of our own way well I can't seem to find the card right now I must have thrown it I'm telling you this is kind of a funny episode today I've been a little hap to the hazard but basically I ended up drawing the sun card which I can't I can't find where'd it go give me a second oh there you are oh hallelujah checkitout.com so the sun card I'm like okay what additional energies can we utilize as we are being presented with the challenge of letting go of our mind and embracing our hearts embracing a new sense of self a new sense of you know letting go of that which is dark within us and we were presented with the sun which is revitalizing or reinvigorating it's resurrection it's bringing the past into the present it provides illumination so basically what's going to be happening okay so let's break it down.com jump by looking at what um by healing your past the sun is a healing card and the way that you heal your past is to accept it embrace that it's part of your story but don't let it define you anymore don't let it be what it is that you hold on to as this constant loop in your mind you know shift into your heart center and if you start to identify that your ego is getting in the way which I guarantee I guarantee that it is because the id is an automatic pilot then what are you going to do about that tend to it eradicate the ego embrace mantras mantras if you do the Adi mantra you know the one that I did at the very very beginning of the episode so there's something really beautiful that I found right um that Yogi Bhaja Mantras.
If you do the Adi Mantra, you know, the one that I did at the very, very beginning of the episode.
So there's something really beautiful that I found, right?
That Yogi Bhajan talked about.
If you chant, Om Namo Gurudev Namo Gurudev Namo Gurudev.
If you chant that mantra five times.
Okay.
What ends up happening is, what did he say?
Use this mantra in its complete form anytime you have a lack of faith.
This is about jumping, right?
Or any similar thing.
Many of you will enter Shakti Pod or you're in it right now.
This mantra will help.
With the grace of Guru Ramdas, when this mantra is chanted five times, on one breath, the total spiritual knowledge of all teachers who have ever existed or who will ever exist on this earth is be seated in that person.
Oh, I love profound moments.
So basically, embrace the tools, you guys.
Embrace surrender.
You know, when we deal with the ego, we're going to, the little kid is going to come out.
That little inner child will come out and start to scream and throw tantrums and point the finger and do what it needs to do until it gets what it wants.
I don't think, you know, I mean, it's a lower vibration and I don't think any of us want to stay in that vibration.
So in order to shift, stay committed to yourself.
Decide when in the Shakti Pod phase, and this goes back to the Shakti Pod phase, it goes out to a lot of my peers because a lot of us are going through it right now.
Or at least it's being presented.
And I'm telling you guys, it gets really yummy.
It really does.
Anyway, so stay committed to becoming a master in this lifetime.
Do the work.
Allow true love to come in.
Yeah.
Well, that pretty much concludes this particular party.
You are tuning into the Master's Playground.
I am your host, Chrissy Stereo.

my website, you'll find a variety of different meditations that you can embrace.
Hear a lot of amazing music, club-based and more theatrical-based as well.
Videos.
There's a newsletter.
Sign up on the newsletter.
I send out information on what's happening, what's occurring.
Now, another thing I want to mention, in a couple weeks, I'm going to be doing a podcast.
I'm going to be in Alaska.
Yes.
I'm going to be in Alaska, and I will be performing at Alaska Pride.
I am going to be there not only as a DJ, but I'm also going to be there as offering my services.
It's going to be really cool.
So if you are in Anchorage, Alaska, mid-June, I am coming to you.
I'm going to be sitting at a table.
There's going to be mantras playing in the background, and we're going to dive into you.
There's going to be a variety of different healing products that I'm bringing with me.
And you have the opportunity of going in-depth with tarot card reading.
So that's at Alaska Pride.
Now, one other thing I want to mention, on Monday, I will be posting a new video where I'm going to be talking about the ego eradicator meditation that I made reference to a little bit earlier.
And that is going to be available for you to play on a daily basis.
Now, if you want to see change in yourself, embrace a kriya, a meditation, for 40 days.
When you do that, magic happens, you guys.
And I do mean that from the heart.
So much magic happens.
Believe in yourself.
Believe in yourself.
Believe in others.
Embrace love and embrace light.
This is the shift.
This is it.
This is the time to be a master.
Thank you for tuning in to the Master's Playground.
I'm going to go ahead and just finish off with one last song, and then we'll just fade into closing credits.
But before I play this last song, I'm going to take a moment to close out with this, the Sunshine, and the Autumn Lodge, or, um, or in Sat Noms.
There's a lot of noms in my world, man.
All right, here we go.
May the long time sun shine upon you.
All love surround you and the pure light within you guide your way on.
So, I love you.
I love every single one of you guys.
All right, so I think I'm going to, I'm going to leave it on one of the best ego songs there was in the 90s.
And once you hear it, I think you're going to dig it fully.
What?
Enjoy.
Yo, VIP.
Let's kick it.
Ice, ice, baby.
Ice, ice, baby.
All right, stop.
Collaborate and listen.
Ice is back with my brand new invention.
Something grabs a hold of me tight.
I'm going to make it happen.
I'm going to make it happen.
I'm going to make it happen.
I'm going to make it happen.
I'm going to make it happen.
I'm going to make it happen.
I'm going to make it happen.
Yo, I don't know.
Turn off the lights and I'll glow.
To the extreme, I rock a mic like a vandal.
Light up a stage and wax a chump like a candle.
Dance.
Corrosion speaker that booms.
I'm killing your brain like a poisonous mushroom.
Deadly.
When I play a dope melody, anything less than the best is a felony.
Love it or leave it.
You better gain weight.
You better hit bulls.
Other kid don't play.
If there was a problem, yo, I'll solve it.
Check out the hook while my DJ revolves it.
Ice, ice, baby.
Feel the love.
Ice, ice, baby.
Feel the love.
Ice, ice, baby.
Feel the love.
Ice, ice, baby.
Feel the love.
Now that the party is jumping.
With the bass kicked in and the Vegas are pumping.
Quick to the point, to the point, no faking.
Cooking MCs like a pound of bacon.
Burning them.
Getting quick and nimble.
I go crazy.
When I hear a cymbal and a hi-hat with a souped up tempo.
I'm on a roll.
It's time to go solo.
Rolling.
Here my 5.0.
Put my rag top down so my hair can blow.
The girlies on standby.
Waving just to say hi.
Did you stop?
No.
I just drove.
I kept on.
Pursuing to the next stop.
I bust a left and I'm heading to the next block.
The block was dead, yo.
So I continue to A1A.
Peace, friend.
I'm new.
Girls were hot.
Wearing less than bikinis.
Rock men love us.
Driving Lamborghinis.
Jealous.
Cause I'm out getting mine.
Shaved with a gauge and vanilla with a nine.
Ready.
For the chumps on the wall.
The chumps acting ill because they're full of egg ball.
Gunshots.
Ranged out like a bell.
I grabbed my nine.
All I heard was shells.
Falling.
On the concrete real fast.
Jumped in my car.
Slammed on the gas.
Bumper to bumper.
The avenue's packed.
I'm trying to get away before the jack is jacked.
Police on the scene.
You know what I mean?
They passed me up.
Can't run at all.
I don't mean.
If there was a problem, yo, I'll solve it.
Check out the hook where my DJ revolves it.
Ice.
Ice.
Baby.
You and me on the ice.
Ice.
Ice.
Ice.
Baby.
You and me on the ice.
Ice.
Baby.
You and me on the ice.
Ice.
Baby.
You and me on the ice.
Take heed, because I'm a lyrical poet.
Miami's on the scene just in case you didn't know it.
My town that created all the bass sound.
Enough to shake and kick holes in the ground.
Because my style's like a chemical spill.
Feasible rhymes you can vision and feel.
Conducted and formed, this is a hell of a concept.
We make it hype, and you want us to hurt this.
Shave plates.
On a fade.
Slots like a ninja.
Cut like a razor blade.
So fast.
Other DJs say damn.
If rhyme was a drug, I'd sell it by the gram.
Keep my composure when it's time to get loose.
Magnetized by the mic while I kick my juice.
If there was a problem, yo, I'll solve it.
Check out the hook where my DJ revolves it.
Ice.
Ice.
Baby.
You and me on the ice.
Ice.
Ice.
Baby.
You and me on the ice.
Ice.
Ice.
Baby.
You and me on the ice.
Ice.
Ice.
Ice.
Baby.
You and me on the ice.
Yo, man, let's get out of here.
Word to your mother.
Ice.
Ice.
Baby.
Too cold.
Ice.
Ice.
Baby.
Too cold.
Too cold.
Ice.
Ice.
Baby.
Too cold.
Too cold.
Ice.
Ice.
Baby.
Too cold.
Too cold.
Ice.
Love each other.
Love each other.
We are one.
We are the divine.
We are the divine.
Blessings.
