📄 Transcript [show]
Hello everyone, good evening.
This is Chris Cahill and I'm coming to you live from Skid Row Studios in downtown Los Angeles.
This is Real Radio on the Internet.
The name of the show is Psychic Every Day and happy May Day to you.
It's May 1st, 2013.
So I'm coming to you tonight at 7 o'clock Pacific time until 8 o'clock with a show, a whole brand new show about being psychic every day because that's what I do and actually that's what you do too.
You're also a psychic person because being psychic is human.
So what I'll be doing tonight is actually going into another well, I don't know, topic or theme that I'm going to start off with and go into the different layers of it, the energy of this particular show.
And this is a theme that is near and dear to a lot of people's hearts or at least it's something we sure spend a lot of time on.
And this theme for tonight is the energy of money.
Wow.
So that's going to be a big one.
I'm going to go into the different pictures about money and I will also be giving readings about your money space throughout the show.
If you'd like to call in tonight and get a reading during this hour, you can do so at 800-893-9590.
That's 800-893-9560.
So anyway, this show you can find every Wednesday night at 7 o'clock Pacific time at skidrowstudios.com.
Just look for Psychic Every Day.
And you can also find this show as a podcast on iTunes.
If you go to iTunes store and just search for Psychic Every Day, the podcast, you'll find it.
You can subscribe for free and you can also listen to any of the back shows that are up.
I don't know, I think I have about 10 by now.
And I have a different...
I have a different theme and most weeks I'm doing this live and also then giving readings during the show.
So that's what we'll be doing tonight.
You can also find me at chriscahill.com and I also have a blog called psychiceveryday.com.
So the energy of money, first of all, it being May Day, that is what today is and May Day is the...
It was originally known to the pagans as Beltane and so today, May Day is also the very, the first, I believe it's called the first day of pagan summer.
It's the, when the Beltane fires, the May Day fires, they weren't called, it wasn't called May Day back then, but the Beltane fires would be lit and that was one of the ways that people sort of had the seasons move along.
Here we are moving into the first, the beginning of summer and here in Los Angeles where I'm coming to you live from, it already does feel like that.
But May Day is also about other things.
May Day, the way we know, it's in the 21st century, in the 20th century is workers day, International Workers Day.
So happy International Workers Day to all of you workers out there and most people I know do work, whether they're working for themselves or they're working on working or whatever it is.
So money has a lot to do with that whole work picture too.
I'm not really gonna go into those pictures about work so much as the energy of money itself.
What is money?
And what is your relationship with money?
What is your relationship to it?
That's actually more where I'll be working tonight.
Yeah, you already do have a relationship to money.
Even if the relationship that you have is kind of like a series of terrible one night stands.
You know, where'd my money go?
It was here last night and it's gone this morning.
Didn't leave me any messages, no calls.
What happened to my money?
So when you start to work with creating a relationship with money, one that works for you, it can get easier to have money.
Everybody has their own pictures about money.
You know, they're just the pictures, how you see it, what you see is possible with money.
And actually I have a whole, I'd like to go into that a little bit.
What are pictures?
As a clairvoyant, what I do is I look at pictures.
I'm reading the pictures.
If you ever listened to this show and you hear me give readings to people, you will hear me say, well, here's the picture.
Here's the picture I see.
And that's as a clairvoyant, that's what I do.
It's about seeing, seeing energy, seeing pictures.
And here's a couple of things about pictures, just to give you a little bit of a, you know, a little bit of information about this.
You know, you might say that each one of us is a camera.
The images that you carry with you and that I carry with me and your friend carries with her, or your father carries with him, anybody, everyone's got their own pictures.
But the images each of us carries with us about body and health, relationships, career, money, power, talents, value, anything.
These are pictures that you captured yourself, often unconsciously.
So the pictures you have might have been given to you.
You might have been given pictures about your culture or society, religion, class, gender, race, all of these things.
These are found all over the place.
the place in your daily life, everywhere.
You see them in the newspaper.
You just see them in the way that people are or how we decide to be with each other or how we decide to live.
For example, the pictures about marriage are changing right now in this country as we're looking at having equality in marriage, where marriage is open to whoever wants to be married.
And that's how we're evolving.
It's a new picture for us.
It's not a new picture for other countries who would say, yeah, well, that just means marriage.
Why not?
So this is a place we're growing.
It's changing a picture.
A picture says considerably more than words can ever say.
And it does so immediately, instantly.
So just looking in one image, captured in one image, you'll see emotions, challenges, fears, possibilities, power.
A picture has a lot of power.
And here's the thing about pictures.
You put your energy into the pictures you have.
Where you focus is where you create.
So if you have a picture about money, you know, whatever your pictures about money are, that's where your energy is.
And it might be an unconscious picture.
It might be that you're not very conscious about how you see money or what you're doing.
It might be that you're not very conscious about how you see money.
What's happening with money in your world, it might be that the pictures you grew up with around money were unconscious ones, or they could have been very conscious.
And those pictures might be with you now.
They might not be something that you're aware of.
And it could be that when you get to the place in your life where you decide to make money a more conscious thing for yourself, then you change your pictures.
Sometimes you find that the old pictures you had are no longer working.
Sometimes people change their pictures about money or value or career or all of those things when they hit a wall, when they hit, you know, an energy of it's difficult or it's hard to get through this time, or it's not working to do things the way I used to do.
And so on a bigger scale, and this is not something you or I have personally got control over on that big scale, we're all changing our pictures about value.
And money.
That is all happening now.
It's about revolution in a way in terms of an evolution.
So there's an evolution happening on the planet about what has value and how do we live and, you know, who gets to decide and all that stuff.
And a lot of that is tied into money and value.
Back to money and you.
Now that I've gone into pictures a little bit.
So you've got your own pictures about money.
And that would be what determines your relationship with money.
And that is the stuff I'm going to be looking at tonight.
Again, this is Chris Cahill and Psychic Every Day at skidrowstudios.com.
This is a live show happening to happening tonight.
And you can call if you'd like to get a reading during the show at this number 800-893-9562.
I hope to hear from you.
So when you begin to clear out the energy of effort or not having or that it's difficult, you know, money is hard or it's it's a really bad thing somehow or money is evil or all these other things.
When you start to clean out the relationship that you have with money and you start to change the way you see it and how you relate to it, it might make it easier to create for yourself a friendlier relationship with money.
Because here's what it is.
Money is just energy.
And in present time, it's how we agree to do business where we're using money as the way that we kind of move energy around or how we how we do business.
Also, how we place value on things.
Money is an exchange.
Money itself doesn't really have power or or value or energy unless we give it to it.
So if you grew up with pictures about money having a value, then you're going to have a lot of energy.
And you're going to have a lot of power.
And if you grew up with a picture of the person with the money has the power, you might have gotten used to giving up your power to those with money.
Now, on the one hand, if it's your boss writing your paycheck and you're supposed to do certain things to keep that job to get that paycheck, well, that's also an agreement.
And you might decide, well, it's, you know, smart.
I'd like to have this paycheck.
I'd like to keep this job.
And I'm going to do these things.
On the other hand, if you are finding that the amount of money you make or how you get paid or how you see your own value is kind of, you know, getting determined by this amount of money, that might be something to look at.
And let me put that in another way.
If you're equating your own personal value with your own personal value, you're going to have a lot of value.
And if you're equating your own personal value and how much value you as a human being have with how much money you have, then you might want to look at that in a different way.
You might want to change that.
You might have been waiting to make the money before you decide you have value.
It's interesting.
We even have that expression for people who have a lot of money.
Let's see.
I wrote it down here.
How much are you worth?
You know, so that guy is worth a lot.
And it's an expression meaning, you know, he's got a lot of money.
He has a lot of power financially.
But we also say it in English, at least, as he's worth more.
He's worth more.
And that can translate to he's worth more as a human being.
I don't see that as necessarily true about people with more money.
It's just that's how we see it.
That's how we call it or that's what we say.
So when you start to look at the money pictures for yourself and your own relationship to money or how you see it for yourself, it's good to become conscious of how you've seen your value in relation to how you see your money, your money flow.
When you're able to start clearing out the energy of effort around having money, you know, it's the effort being an effort or I've got to try really, really hard and go into all this effort and it's going to be a lot of effort.
It's going to be hard and blah, blah, blah.
You know, did I already mention it's going to be difficult, but that can make it hard for you to simply let there be a flow.
The thing, the thing about money being energy is that when you're in that energy of the flow, then the money can flow too.
It's not that there's just one right way to do it.
We're also changing the pictures of how we value, you know, like what is it worth doing to make money?
One thing that started happening a few years back, I was in a business and I was in a business and I was in a business and I was in a business.
And I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, I was just, people started losing jobs and they started losing, you know, the paychecks they had and having to live on less or become creative about how they did live because suddenly there wasn't what there was before.
And this required a lot of people to change their own pictures about who they are, what they're doing, what their value is, and what they want to do.
And I started seeing more people than ever, you know, in my readings and in my classes, clients and students and, you know, people I'd talk to or who would email me, who were suddenly deciding that now was the time to start doing the thing that they'd always dreamed of, or to at least put some more energy into things they really liked.
It's really difficult when you're getting a big paycheck and you get used to the standard of living that that's going to give you.
And I started seeing more people than ever, you know, in my readings that paycheck brings.
It's difficult to let some of that go and in order to do some of the things you really like, but that may not be paying along those lines.
I read something interesting the other day.
It was an article.
I wish I'd brought it with tonight, but I can give you a sort of a little recapitulation of whatever, but the review.
The article was, it was about European standards of living compared to American standards of living.
And how, you know, I don't know if you've read it, but it's about how Americans don't enjoy, North Americans don't enjoy the same standards of living by any means.
And there's a different attitude about what makes a good life.
There's a different attitude about money and about what you're supposed to have and how you're supposed to look and how your life should look and how much, you know, what kind of car you should have and all this stuff.
And North Americans have a much higher level of debt, personal debt.
You know, some of that is tied into the fact that we have a higher medical debt and, and student loans and all that other junk, but there is another level to it too.
And it's about quality of life.
What if your quality of life and choosing a good quality of life went along with your money flow?
That might be something to consider to at least look at for yourself, you know, or write down or start to examine.
There's a quality of life issue here that money can't buy.
You could work and work and work.
And, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, you know, work really hard to make a certain amount of money and then, but you don't have any time to enjoy it.
Or you could work really hard as many people do in this country and not make enough money.
And, you know, it's still, it's so stressful.
So there's all these different, there's these different pictures about financial stress and financial, you know, happiness and being able to have and not have and all this stuff.
And again, these are pictures and pictures translate to, life.
They translate to how you live, what's real.

So back to money, this whole money picture.
You know, you already have pictures about money.
I know I touched on that a little bit already, but I want to go into those.
You have pictures about what to do with money, how to make it, how to save it, how to spend it, how to worry about money, and more.
You have pictures, you know, if you, depending on where you grew up and what your parents did and how they felt about money, you might have pictures about being really conscious about money.
Somebody might have taught you how to balance a checkbook when you were really young, or had you opened a savings account, or started teaching you about how to respect money and to be able to grow your money or work with your money.
Or you might have had completely the opposite where everybody was very careless about, and everybody was always chasing money or there never seemed to be enough.
And it just seemed to flow out like water, run through the house and be gone.
You might have had pictures, some people do, about growing up around money where money is not considered to be a good thing.
Money's not, you know, money's evil or it's immoral, or you shouldn't run after money, you know, and all of that.
A lot of judgment, a lot of fear.
Having a lot of money doesn't necessarily solve problems.
People, and especially, you know, I don't know how it is in other countries, but here it's this whole big thing about when I win the lottery, I'm going to, you know, all my problems will be over if I just won the lottery.
It's really fun.
If you have that picture and you think that that's, you know, a really good goal to have, go Google and look this up.
What happens to most people who win the lottery?
How soon are they broke?
How soon are they broke?
How soon are they broke?
How soon are they broke?
After they won those millions of dollars, just go check it out.
It doesn't mean just because you win the lottery or you start making a lot of money that you will know what to do with it.
There's this whole demand that when you start making more money, you have to spend a lot more money.
Now, on the one hand, what's wrong with that?
You know, you can spend money, of course you will.
You've got more money to spend.
There are more things you can do.
There are places you can put it.
You can give it away.
You can invest it.
You can buy nice things.
You can buy nice things.
You can have a good standard of living.
But if it turns into a thing where you have to keep showing how much money you have, I remember growing up and it was, you know, the swinging 70s when everybody is starting to consume, consume, consume to a really great big degree.
And people were buying everything that we were creating, you know, all the new inventions coming out, all the new stuff and people just having to buy that stuff.
Now, on the one hand, it's kind of fun to have that stuff.
It's nice to be able to have convenient things.
There were also other social changes happening, women going back to work more and things like that were, you know, convenience was really wanted and desired.
But then it turned into a thing of let's buy more and more stuff and that's going to make us happy and solve our problems.
And it really hasn't, has it?
You know, and then we get into a time where the economy goes down and all of a sudden that stuff is just really not going to be the same.
And so, you know, it's kind of a thing.
Very important the way it used to be.
Now, not into the same degree.
It's more about a quality of life.
And one thing money can do if you decide that it can, is it can help you have a happy quality of life.
It's not the thing that does it for you, but it can certainly make it easier than having no money.
That is for sure.
So money doesn't solve the problems.
And assigning money the problem is not the problem.
It's the problem of the money.
It's the problem of the money.
The power to decide if you have value or not doesn't solve the problems.
So, you know, and also just deciding that money itself is the thing that determines value.
No, that doesn't solve anything.
It's about getting conscious with your pictures of money and what that is.
And then here's another thing.
This is something that you may have noticed growing up or you might have, you might know people who did go through this, but, or it might just be in different circumstances.
And it's not the thing that determines value.
It's the thing that determines what circles you're around.
Was there permission to talk about money?
So is it something that in your family was talking about money considered to be just a thing you do?
That's a good thing to do.
Let's talk about this and the budget and how much money we're spending and to make it real.
This is what we're doing with money.
Or is money considered something rude?
You just don't really know.
We don't talk about money in this house.
I've actually heard that from different people.
No, no, we don't talk about money here.
Now, you know, there's a time and a place to talk about money depending on where you're at.
But on the other hand, money is the thing that we all need to live.
So if no one's going to talk about it, so how do you learn about money?
And as a child, the way you learned about money was, was by watching how other people around you, particularly the main adults in your life, usually parents, but how they interacted with money, how they treated it.
Aha, those pictures.
Now remember, as I mentioned earlier with pictures, a picture is just that.
It's a picture.
It's not necessarily good or bad.
It's not necessarily true or false.
How you perceive the picture, you know, your feelings toward it, how much it controls you, how it determines what you can have, really depends on how much of your energy is invested in that particular picture.
So if you have a picture that money is hard, you might have a lot of your energy invested in that picture.
And so your relationship with money is that real money is hard because your energy is invested in money being hard.
Money being, it's difficult to make money.
I am invested in that.
If your picture about money is, I know I can create it.
I actually have a friend who does say that all the time.
When she hits a spot, she'll say, you know, it's not a problem.
I'm going to create some money right now.
I'll go create some.
And then she does every time.
And she creates exactly what she needs for the thing that she's trying to pay for.
And it's great.
I watch that and go, yep, there she goes.
She's going to go create that again.
So she's got a picture.
On the one hand, you know, she's got her other pictures about money, which we all do.
But then she has this picture that's really helpful.
It says, I can go create it.
When I need it, I can create it.
So her energy is invested in that picture.
And it works for her.
If your energy is unconsciously invested, in other words, you're not aware that you have that picture.
You just, it's, you know, might be an emotional picture.
It might be that money is tough.
It's difficult.
But you're not consciously aware.
That can make it really hard to get things moving in the way you want.
It's the becoming conscious that makes it much, much easier.
Now, again, this is critical.
Chris Cahill, Psychic Every Day at skidrowstudios.com, real radio on the internet.
You're listening to a live show here tonight on Wednesday, May 1st.
And I am offering you a money reading.
So far, I've had no takers through this show.
And I invite you to call.
The number is 800-893-9562.
Don't be afraid.
I'm not going to, I'm not going to scare you.
But I hope I get to hear from some of you.
Now, here's another picture.
It's not the truth.
It's not like the main truth of the world here.
It's that that's the picture.
It's interesting how there is plenty for everybody and more on this planet.
And though I'm not even going to go into that.
But anyway, you know what I'm saying?
Everybody, there is plenty for everyone.
But not everyone has got plenty.
Money is energy.
So, again, this picture, whatever the picture is, if you have the picture that somehow it's really painful or tough or, you know, it's just a bad thing.
Money is terrible.
You know, many of us have that picture.
And it's just or we experience it as a tough thing from time to time.
And if you can pull your energy out of the picture, imagine not being invested.
So, you're no longer invested in that being the truth.
You don't have to have an alternative.
You can create one.
But if you could just trust or surrender to maybe that isn't the whole story.
Maybe there's something else here.
The something else is you.
It's your spirit.
It's that part of you, your energy, where you can decide, oh, I don't need to be invested in that negative picture anymore.
What if I just started to listen to my own intuition, my own truth, my own instincts, and really my own want.
You know, what it is I want, my desire to create a happy life and to have plenty of what I want and what I need.
Now, here's another picture.
I like to call it the loyalty picture.
Loyalty as in being loyal to other people's pictures.
So, let's say you come from a group of people where everybody's kind of, maybe not everybody, but, you know, people you're sort of matched to are having a tough time.
You know, to them, things are hard.
This is tough.
It's not fair.
That's how it is.
You know, there can be many different ways of looking at that.
But you're healing that.
You're trying to maybe convince them that it doesn't have to be so hard, or you're in agreement that, yes, it's not fair.
This isn't right.
We should do something.
Or something else.
If you've been loyal to the group, or from, or the group, whatever group, it could be a group of friends you have.
Where, you know, you see it.
Everybody's sort of matched to the same picture.
It might be that that's how you all became friends, because you were matched to a particular way of looking at life.
Which could have been a wonderful way, but then there's this.
There might be a picture that affects you in a negative way.
This is not about having to break away from everybody and run away and, you know, make them wrong, or argue with them, or fix it.
It might be that you've been trying to fix it, or you've been trying to heal it, but somehow it's not going away, and meanwhile you're not able to have the money you'd like.
This is something to look at.
It's a picture.
This is you being matched to or loyal to the group.
It's hard for you to create what you want if you're matched to others who are having a hard time creating what they want.
It's just sort of how it is.
But what if you were to get your own space with that, with the money pictures, decide, well, I don't know how I'm going to, even if I don't know how I'm going to do it, I'm going to go figure it out.
I'm going to go create something that I want to create and not need everyone else to kind of go along or to approve.
And, you know, I'm just saying this in a very simplistic way.
It can be really challenging sometimes.
It can be more complicated.
It can also be pretty simple where you decide, you know, I have to go do this.
I'm the only one who can create my life and what I want.
It's important to be able to separate out from everybody else you know from their own baggage.
You know, that money baggage.
Or sometimes the people who just can't have.
I know people with lots of money who can't have.
They're having, they have a hard time being happy with money.
And then others, I know who love it.
They're like, yep, it works.
And they just have it.
And it's pretty natural for them.
So whether that money baggage comes with guilt or that fear we were talking about earlier or something else, sometimes there's energy in the way of someone else having.
And if you've been waiting for them to get over it so that you can go have together, you might want to stop waiting.
Because that's another picture and it ends up you, you end up putting that agreement to hold yourself back right between you and your relationship with money.
That's something to really kind of look at, isn't it?
Now, continuing here, that's again another picture about money.
And it's not something to where you need to really overthink it.
This is more about you sitting with yourself, you know, kind of telling your own truths here.
What's true for you?
What works for you?
What makes it real?
You know, how do you, what are your own true thoughts or feelings or desires about money that have nothing to do with anyone else?
It might be that you actually have a real desire to go create this thing that you are passionate about.
Your energy just, you know, sings.
You just feel so good about creating a particular creation.
Or doing something that you just love to do.
And one thing I've learned over the years is when you start doing that, and you keep focusing your energy in that truth, that truth for you, and growing with it and changing with it, whether that thing you're focusing your energy into is your own talent, your skills, your art, maybe it's a business you're creating, perhaps it's a relationship that you really want to grow and expand.
But whatever it is, if you're really focusing your energy in a true direction for yourself, it becomes easier to also create the money.
And, you know, that's not predetermined.
It's not that you will or you won't, but simply that that is one wonderful way to go and start to create money.
That's where more and more people are doing it now.
It's working in that positive.
Well, would you know, I have my first caller for tonight, and I would love to give a reading, and let's see who's here.
You're live on air.
Hi, it's Austin.
Austin, good evening.
How you doing?
I'm good, I'm good.
I've been listening to you on the download app for Skid Row Studios on my iPad, and it's pretty awesome.
Oh, that's good to know, because I don't have an iPad yet, and I've been wondering about that.
That's great.
Yeah, it works well.
That's good to know.
So, Skid Row Studios just got a good thumbs up here with that.
Yeah, and that way you can take Skid Row into any room in your house.
Oh, I like it.
You can have Skid Row anywhere in your house is what you're saying.
Right.
Very good.
Well, would you like to have a money relationship reading here?
I'd love it, yeah.
Wonderful.
Now, I'm calling it that, but you can, if you would like to ask a question with this, please go ahead and do so.
Um, well, I've been listening to all the things that you've been talking about, and it makes me think that, you know, I feel like I've been pretty fortunate where I can usually generate just enough money to get by, but I can never generate enough money to feel like I have a nest egg or something that you know, something that, like, to have money in the bank, and I always have a lot of debt, but I'm able to pay the debt, you know, so I'm trying to figure out, like, what is it in my relationship to money that keeps me from having the abundance that I would need to feel secure, so what I guess I'm saying is that it kind of boils down to me to this sort of, you know, what I would like to have is not necessarily a particular number, like a particular amount of money, I would like to be able to have enough money to feel like it's not an issue, but I think it's an issue for most people, so that's why I'm kind of curious about it.
That's a great question, and the picture I'm seeing while you're asking all this, I'm looking at the pictures, and the picture I keep seeing is this picture of you in this little rowboat, and it's okay if the boat takes on a little bit of water, it's just like a, you know, a rowboat that's a little bit more that one person can row if she wants to, and you are.
And I see you in the boat, and when there's a little bit of water in the bottom, it's okay.
The boat's not, you know, in danger.
It's not going to capsize.
But it looks like when more starts pouring in, and I see this picture of water coming in from three sides of the boat, not, you know, kind of like coming in from this side and that side and from the, you know, the flat back side and all this stuff, and not from the front end.
See, I'm not a sailor, obviously, because I don't know the front and back of a boat, whatever.
But the pointy front end, it's not coming in.
Anyway, so the picture is that you're, when all that water is coming in, it's a lot of energy coming in that might be things like, you know, opportunities or things you like that you want to do, and then the boat gets very full, and then all of a sudden you're bailing it all out.
It's like you have to stop doing all the attracting in order to bail out this energy that comes in because you're not going to be able to do it.
Because it feels unsafe.
And it's not that you consciously or unconsciously feel unsafe when opportunities come in.
You welcome them.
But it looks like there's an energy, and it's a control energy, in your ability to simply be and not have to constantly be doing.
And so there's a connection, it looks like, between your money, your money space, you know, and your relationship with money, and then also your ability to, you have your spirit, but there's this ability to be comfortably in your own spirit, like to comfortably have your own spirit available to you as that part of you that you know to be really capable.
Because you have your spirit, you know, you value it, but then sometimes when it gets into this question or this picture, it's the, it looks like the family sort of money pictures take over on a more on a body level.
And when I look at you, and so it looks like you've been trying to solve that for a long time, because then all this stuff comes in and you're like, okay, this time it's not going to happen.
I'm just going to decide that the boat is going to be fine, and I'm not going to worry about it.
But then it comes in and somehow something in your space gets unsafe that you're having all this good stuff.
And it's not you.
You know what I mean?
That's not your energy.
Something else gets lit up when you, when you start to really focus your attention on, oh, it's all, it's flowing.
There's this, all this wonderful stuff coming in.
I see this having to do with your creativity as well.
It's about being able, to it's that quality of life I was talking about, you know, you're, you're creating your abundance.
You're being able to create abundance, you know, and just have it.
So when I look at the, the underlying picture, and I've been the whole time, and this is not me dissing on male energy, but the picture is male.
It's very patriarchal in a way, but it's male.
It's something about the men having permission to decide how the money is, or somehow to make the money real and the women not having that permission.
And this is not your, this is not your picture.
It's a picture in your space.
Cause you don't feel that way, but it's a control energy in your space.
This is making sense to you so far.
I'm kind of going deep with this thing.
I don't know.
It does make sense.
It does seem like, you know, I, I, I do believe that, you know, I, I don't, you know, I, I, I struggle with the, with the, you know, belief or idea that, that, that men somehow have permission to, make more money than women.
And I don't think that I wanted to operate in the world as if that was true, but it seems like I keep seeing that happen, but in another way, I also contribute to that, for myself, you know, because, because even though I, you know, I'd like to believe otherwise, I, I, myself, I think, keep, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, Yeah, you give yourself and you're not wrong and you're not alone in this, but it's that power picture.
Who has power?
What does power mean?
And what does your own power mean?
And you, like many, many, many, many, many of us have gotten validated for running that male side.
And then that's where the power, you know, you're like, oh, I'm matching to that.
So that's where the power is.
It's also kind of what the work, the workforce is, you know, expected or wanted some of the time.
But that's also the picture that's changing.
So this is not about you trying to change that picture for everyone.
But what I see is, and you get it, it's the way you see your own power.
And I see that connected with your spirit.
It's you realizing and remembering is something you know already.
Your spirit is not male or female.
In this lifetime, you're in a female body.
But your spirit is that eternal kind of none, you know, it doesn't have to be one or the other.
It's both.
Right.
And so that's where you're.
Your power is in that spirit of you.
And that's kind of one of the points of tonight's show, too.
So I'm glad you brought this in to the show.
But it's really about that.
The picture of value, the picture of power.
We see money as being power.
So you have to go match to what the power is in order to get the money.
And what I'm looking at is actually part of where you're working and where you're moving toward is matching more toward who you are.
And then that.
And even if you don't know.
Like how that what effect that's going to have on others.
I wouldn't worry about it.
It looks like you matching more toward your own spirit, that truth of you, which you've done more and more over the years.
And it's just moving even more toward it.
But that changes your relationship with power and how you see power, which which affects your money, too.
Right.
So you're kind of saying that.
That it would be better for me to focus on being authentic.
Yeah.
You know, for to who I am, rather than trying to, I don't know, recreate some sort of way of being that I think I have to do in order to, you know, get the higher salary.
Yeah.
It puts you in effort and it actually sucks your energy.
Right.
And then there isn't enough energy to create.
And you have all this brilliance to create with and all these other goals and pictures that you haven't put energy into yet.
Right.
So that to me.
To me, it looks like it's also about following your your heart.
Because that that never goes away and you have a big heart.
It's you have a lot of good, good ideas and wonderful pictures.
So that's that it's what it looks like to me.
So you have a lot you have a lot going on here.
It's great.
Yeah.
Well, good.
Yay.
This is this is great advice.
I what I like is that is that, you know, what you just said to me, it really breaks my picture.
Of kind of I mean, which I didn't really realize I was walking around with of, you know, what it would take for me to, you know, have the type of I wouldn't say necessarily a relationship with money, but the, you know, the literal amount, like what kind of what level of money I would like to have in my life.
Exactly.
And this is this is kind of turning that on its head and looking at it from a different perspective.
Right.
So right on, Austin.
Thank you.
Thank you so much for calling in.
And it was great giving you a reading tonight.
I hope I get to see you soon.
Awesome.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Bye.
OK.
So I have another caller who will be coming in in just a moment here, but I just want to say in terms of being able to have your relationship with your money, be conscious.
A couple of things I'd like to suggest for those of you who are wanting to work on this and you're like, I want to get my relationship with money into present time.
What the heck do I do next?
Well, there's.
There's some things that I find helpful.
And one of them is meditating, grounding yourself, meditating, letting go, being able to let go of the energy that just doesn't work for you and being able to that relationship with yourself changes.
When you start to meditate, you start to get into that or start to heal yourself on that level.
And all of a sudden, the way you see yourself and the way you see your possibilities and what you're capable of changes because you are able to now start letting go of the energies.
That are not you that get in your way.
And if you are wanting to learn how to meditate, you can find some meditation recordings on my website and some of them are free and some of them are.
I always have specials every month.
And if you go to Chris Cahill dot com, there's a store.
Just go to the store and look for free meditations.
And there's one called grounding yourself.
And there's a couple others that are free.
I have a special every month that's free.
So you'll find that this month special in there, too.
And, you know, check it out.
See what else I have there.
I have another caller I'd like to take now.
Hello there.
You are live.
Hi, who is this?
This is Marcy.
How are you?
Good, Marcy.
How are you?
Fine.
Fine.
Thank you.
Good.
Thanks for listening.
I was calling to see if maybe I might be able to get some information from you.
So I do ground and meditate.
But.
I felt kind of off balance and don't really know where this kind of odd energy is coming from lately.
So it's just started recently is what you're saying.
Yeah, probably within the last couple of weeks.
Oh, excellent.
Let's take a look at that.
The first thing I see right off the bat is what you're hitting in your grounding is a picture.
It's not your picture, but it's a picture in your in your grounding about what makes things real or how you are.
What?
What is real about connecting to the earth?
And it's not your picture.
It's not that you're questioning it consciously, but it looks like it's some old energy in your grounding that you've shaken loose.
So when you you know, when you start to ground and you start to let go and you start to meditate and you do all that stuff over time, you're really shaking some things out.
It looks like so you then you hit those things and you kind of run into the energy and you're getting to another layer.
And I see that what you did recently was you sort of hit a plateau.
Where you had gotten to the you'd finished a cycle or you'd completed a thing like that you were that you were doing energetically.
And it looks like what you started hitting in your grounding was this picture.
It's I see a picture of it reminds me a lot of the opening of this cartoon.
I got it was the Bullwinkle cartoon from years back.
But there were everybody.
The sky is falling and everybody's flying.
And it's this really ungrounded looking picture.
And everybody is like flying all over the place.
But it's all cartoon.
And I see it's so it's not very real.
It's not like it's a real image of somebody.
And I see what you hit in your grounding is this picture about what's real.
But it's not your picture.
If that makes sense.
I know I'm kind of being I'm kind of doing the big underneath it all.
What's going on here?
And I also see that part of this part of what it looks like you're running into is an old limitation that's been in your connection to the earth.
An old limitation about how you can manifest.
How you can make things real.
How you can be safe in your body.
And what you're responsible for.
And I keep wanting to say the word responsibility through this whole reading with you.
And I haven't been saying it.
But you're changing how you see yourself in relationship to responsibility as well.
And I don't mean you know that you're going to decide to be irresponsible or that you're going to become more responsible.
But it's shifting that or changing how you feel about taking on the weight of the energy you used to take on.
Where you'd be responsible for it.
So it looks like what you're doing now and I'm glad you asked this question in this show.
Because grounding and the first chakra and survival and all those issues have everything to do with also being able to manifest money.
It's about abundance.
So you're hitting an energy about in your own grounding your connection to the earth that lets you be safe.
About what it means to be safe and what is your responsibility.
And I also see that.
There's another big picture here too.
Another big concept and word which is surrender.
So you're hitting an energy too that has to do with you being able to surrender and trust rather than controlling.
It's a letting go of control.
That goes along with the responsibility.
That goes along with the making things real.
Many of us have been taught to control in order to be safe.
So you're hitting the really big juicy stuff right now.
And when I look at you taking a step with some of this.
What I see is it's not about having to solve any of that or worry about it so much as saying hello to it.
You know when you ground and you meditate and you let go of energy.
Say hello to the thing that you're running into or the real the wobbly energy that doesn't feel right.
Say hello to it.
Say goodbye and drop it.
And just keep doing that and find as much amusement as you can with the energy.
I know it's not always funny or fun.
And I'm not saying you know just go laugh at it anyway.
But it's part of your growth as a human.
It's part of your evolution right now.
You're changing.
You're shifting your energy.
So there's something trying to shake out.
And if you hold on to it and try to solve it, it'll stick around longer.
Is this making sense?
Yes, it does.
Good.
Well, I would say like do something fun for yourself too.
Looks like you could use a little more fun right now.
Even like foolish fun.
Like where you don't have to, you know, you're not thinking about producing something or getting anything done.
Like just whatever.
Go walk through sand.
Do something where you get your feet on the ground where you can just step away.
Relax for a few minutes.
Because that can help too.
Okay?
Okay.
Well, thank you so much.
Thank you so much for listening and for calling.
It was good talking to you.
Have a good night.
You too.
Thanks.
Thank you.
Bye.

You might also want to look through all the other amazing shows that there are here.
There's a lot of good ones and it's just a really fun station to be working out of.
I have some more thoughts on money, the energy of money, that is, before we leave, before we finish tonight.
Now, we've been talking a lot about all the pictures, pictures of money and your own pictures, conscious or not, and all the rest of it.
I really like some of the stuff that's changing with people having to become honest and look for themselves at what is really true about money.
What do I really want to do?
If I could do, it's like this question that goes something like this.
If money was no object, would you still be doing the thing you're doing now?
So a lot of times people will say, no, I wouldn't.
Now, on the one hand, there's being, you know, you have to pay bills and you have to make money somehow.
And if you're working on the thing you really do love, but it's not paying yet, and you have the job that maybe it's not your, you know, it might be that you have a decent day job.
It's not your love of your life job, but you're learning things from it.
Every job has value.
Even if it's a job that you really hate, it has value.
The value in the job might be that you're learning that you want to do something you really love, not sort of have to be in the thing you really hate.
So it forces you to grow and change.
And if you can be in a job or be in a situation that isn't working and get the information out of it as much as you can.
One of my favorite phrases for that is, go something along the lines of, how can I use this to heal myself?
I use that for situations that are difficult or people who are very difficult.
If someone is a challenge or just a real royal pain for you, but you have to deal with them.
And you know, that person could be a family member.
It could be that you're somebody you work with.
You just have to work with this person and they're really tough for you to be around.
You might want to start asking that question.
What's in this for me?
Why am I, I created this for some reason.
And remember you did, even if you're in a situation that you're not liking, you created it.
It doesn't mean you're a masochist or that you're wrong or that you're a bad creator, but that you are learning something.
And so look and see what can you get out of that situation.
The way things are kind of happening now on the planet, people are learning a lot about what has value.
And maybe one thing we're learning is that money can't buy you a clean planet.
You know, money can't really do, it's changing how we do things.
It does that.
Money can't really buy you health or, you know, it can buy you good health care, but look at this too.
With healthcare being controlled by people who like to push drugs a lot, it might be that actually the more money you have, the less healthy you are, because all of a sudden you have all this other stuff coming in.
You might want to look at that.
Money can't really buy you love.
It's true.
The song is right.
Can't buy you happiness or, peace, consciousness, or joy.
Can't buy you forgiveness or trust or surrender.
It can't buy you your own true spirit.
Money is good in many ways.
I'm not, I'm, this is not an anti-money rant, but there are things it cannot do that only you, the being, you, the spirit can do.
And so that might be something you want to take, you know, home with you with this tonight.
What's your own truth about your own value?
And also your relationship to money.
Thank you so much for listening.
