Okay, we are gearing up for a full moon.

We are gearing up for the next chapter.

We are gearing up to just go through it, seize, claim, you know, do what we do, you know, reclaim why we came into this world to begin with.
Anyways, tonight we are embracing and exploring.
The title of the show is called In a Trance.
And what we're going to be doing is exploring the consciousness, knowing the consciousness, especially with the varied states of consciousness.
More on that.
In a little bit.
But let's go ahead and start off by, you know, tuning in.
And we do so by placing our hands in front of our heart chakras.
And we chant the Adi Mantra three times.
For those of you who are new to the show or new to the Adi Mantra, new to the whole, you know, Kundalini Yoga party, you know, just sort of tune in with me.
You know, you don't have to know the words.
Just, you know, kind of gently close the eyes and just hear what's happening.

Being said, we are taking a moment to bow to the divine teacher within.

Why?
Because I've been taking some vocal lessons and we're reaching those notes that are waking up the chords that have never been used before.
So it's really interesting.
I'm, you know, every time I go a little higher, it's like, oh, it's like a little baby that's just starting to cry.
Like, wait, wait, you're waking me up.
What's going on?
Anywho, right on.
So let's get back into our topic.
Trance.
All right.
Trance is a state of hypnotism and lessened consciousness.
It is also a type of electronic dance music, as you know, characterized by hypnotic rhythms and sounds.
You know, some examples would include, you know, so let's look at trance in general, right?
You can go into a trance state in the yogi world.
And you could also go into a trance state in the dance world, the sound world.
Right.
One key note to mention is, you know, as we meditate.
All right.
And I just want to highlight this, especially since I am a psychic.
Again.
A lot of people find that to be a little mysterious unless they are one.
You know, you know, how do people get there?
What's going on?
That whole thing.
So I want to start by saying the journey into meditation, right?
The journey that we take, you know, when we are like sitting down and we're totally getting into it.
Right.
And, you know, there's a state of consciousness that we reach when we're meditating.
But we go from here to there.
Psychic abilities are on the way.
Specifically.
You start to experience it one third to two thirds of the way into this hypnotic meditative state.
So I definitely want to highlight that for those who want to be in the know.
And yeah, I think that was a really good talk.

So I would like to go ahead and start with a song right now.

And you look at everything.
So it's our responsibility to not only get there, you know, but, you know, allow for the work to take hold, allow for the work to, you know, to go through you, from you, onto you.
Yes.
So it's our responsibility to take these three mental bodies and get them into a trance so that they align with the body.
Okay.
So in other words, we're just, we're really taking that moment to just go, hey man, let me, let me check in with my higher self and make that more, you know, of my reality, my physical reality, you know, and we do so by bringing it to the heart.

So sound, you know, the ancients were hip to something.
They came down on immun馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀馀� You know, our mind goes a little crazy when it's not nurtured and cared for and re-coached into serving us rather than the other way around.
So sound.
We can use sound healing as a route to healing in general.
This is my specific primary purpose.
Sound not only helped to heal me, and when I refer to healing, you know, this is when we do the work to wake up.
We do the work to reclaim, you know, to become our authentic selves.
Of course, I do a bunch of other things, but sound is my vehicle, man.
That's what I'm into.
So sound healing.
Sound healing uses binaural beats.

To put your brain into different states.
People are making music with it.
Even now, including myself.
Where we take tones that are 0.5 hertz apart from each other.
So in other words, you can hear it.
One sound in one ear and another sound in another ear.
And this, in your brain, creates a third tone.
It affects your consciousness.
Your brain state.
So let's go through some of the states a little bit real quick.
Right.
So we'll begin with gamma.
All right.
That's at 40 hertz.
And this is where bursts of insight happen.
Epiphanies.
Higher level information is being processed.
The one key note is that this specific, you know, state has not been studied that much.
So.
So.
Calling all healers.
All right.
Then we have the beta state.
And that's 14 to 20 hertz.
And this is the normal waking state.
Right.
This is life.com.
Right here.
Then we enter the magic window.
All right.
And the magic window begins with the alpha state, which is 8 to 13 hertz.
This is when we find ourselves in a relaxed attentive or with relaxed attention.
Okay.
Relaxed attention.
There it is.
It's the ideal state for releasing stress.
It's also the state of reflection, contemplation, and visualization.
Okay.
And this is when we really start to tap into our, you know, visual candy, if you will.
Then we get into the theta state.
And that's had from 40 hertz.
4 to 7 hertz.
And this is when we're, you know, in a light sleep.
We're dreaming.
Or we find ourselves in deeper meditation.
There's a lot of high creativity here.
Daydreaming.
And it's also the shamanic realm.
Okay.
It reminds me, I did this post on Facebook when I was in Alaska.
And I was like, oh, wow, man, I'm out in the middle of the forest.
And, you know, I was commuting.
I was commuting from a shamanic state.
I was doing shamanic work at the time.
I laugh because sometimes I wonder how many people really understood what was happening.
This helps to reinforce it.
A deeper state of consciousness.
Or, well, yeah, this is more of a deeper state.
Which is also higher.
If that makes sense.
All right.
So what's beautiful about the 3D.
The theta state is that this is where healing actually occurs.
This is literally where the healing occurs, right?
This is where we go when we meditate.
This is where we go when we're, you know, dreaming.
Lucid dreaming.
This is where we go as shamans.
Lastly, we have the delta state.
And that's had 0.5 to 3 hertz.
And this is literally.
Deep dreamless sleep.
You're out.
For the count.
You know.
It's where the external world disappears.
I like that.
I might use that for lyrics actually.
When the external world disappears.
All right.
And this is literally when you're totally unconscious.
You're completely like, you know.
At no point.

Does the brain enter into one state only.
It instead pulses in all states simultaneously.
With one state being dominant at any given time.

States of consciousness.

But let me get into introducing a little bit about it.

So there's something really, really, really, really fascinating out there.
That's called the six solfeg...
I don't know how to pronounce in Asian.
Solfegio frequencies.
The six solfegio frequencies.
Okay.
So if you're a music student, you're kind of familiar with your, you know, your, your skills when you're practicing the whole thing.
Right.
But these original sound frequencies were used by ancient Gregorian chants along with others that church authorities say were lost centuries ago.
Yes.
The chants and their special tones were believed to impart tremendous spiritual blessings.
One sung in harmony during mass religious masses.
Right.
So I'm going to give you a little taste of, you know, a song used by Jonathan Goldman, who is one of the leading authorities of sound healing.

Now, I'm kind of, you know, my entire focus in this world is sound.
Well, being of service, of course, but in general, really embracing the, you know, sound as a tool.
So I'm beyond fascinated with this.
Now, this is not new information, okay?
This is old information.
In a way, some might even say rediscovered information.
So what are the six solfeggio frequencies?
Right?
Well, ut, re, mi, fa, sol, la.
Yes.
One more time.
Ut, 396 hertz.
This is liberating guilt and fear.
Re, 417 hertz.
Undoing situations and facilitating change.
Mi, mi, for those of you that want to know how I'm pronouncing it.
528 hertz.
Now, this is where transformation and miracles occur.
It is where we repair our DNA.
Okay?
Fa, 639.
9 hertz.
Connecting relationships.
Sol, 741 hertz.
This is the awakening of intuition.
Your third eye.
And then finally, la, la.
852 hertz.
And this is returning to spiritual order.
Okay?
So, for example, the third note, frequency 528.
Specifically, the mi, right?
Where transformation and miracles occur, DNA repair.
Okay.
It derives from a phrase, mi, ra, gestorum.
In Latin, which means miracle.
Okay?
This is the exact frequency that's used by genetic biochemists to repair broken DNA.
It is the genetic blueprint upon which life is based.
Which life is based upon.
Right.
So, you know, for those of you who are interested in, you know, that kind of party, you know, aside from using it, you know, understanding it in general, tuning forks.
I want to bring that up.
Tuning forks are, you know, an amazing complement to things.
It's an acoustic resonator in the form of a two-pronged fork with the prongs.
It's formed in a U-shape.
Okay?
And it resonates as a specific constant pitch when it's vibrating, you know, when it's striked against, you know, a surface or an object.
Okay?
So, there are tuning forks out there, specifically at 528 hertz.
There are tuning forks out there that, you know, that capture the sound.

Now, as you know, there's so much going on.
There's so much going on.
A little too much to cover in, you know, the time that I have left here.
But basically, I turned to spirit, the divine, and said, okay, what, you know, what can we anticipate?
And we ended up getting the hanged man.
Again, that's the hanged man.
So what's happening out there is a lot of people are holding on to the past.
They're holding on to an old feeling, an old connection that basically made them feel safe and loved.
Right?
It also is communicating.
The willingness to sacrifice and be of service for others.
Now, the negative side, you know, if you're holding on to the past.com, right?
Is that, you know, you can be a little negative.
You're like, oh, holding on to the past, the way it used to be.

And I have a lot of compassion for that.

I have a lot of compassion for this because I personally went through, you know, I mean, we all do, but I have a lot of compassion for this because I personally went through a lot of this.
And for, you know, we look over our shoulder, you know, hindsight 2020.
Yeah.
The only thing about this though, is that it's holding, if you're holding on to the past, you are delaying your evolution.
You're delaying, well, I'll say it again, your evolution, your connection to the divine, your connection to your purpose, why you are here.
Right?
And we are, you know, the sun is in Leo, Jupiter is in Leo.
There's a full moon coming up in Aquarius, which is going to get, you know, it's going to make things really like, you know, you know, wanting to seize things.
But a lot of astrologically what's happening is that we're going to be reviewing our past.
We're going to be holding on to the past a little bit.
So this is the energy that we're holding on to.
And we're going to be, you know, we're going to be in essence, sort of revisiting, you know, kind of like just looking at a few things.
The trick is not to get stuck here.
Right?
So as we're pretty much kind of the hung man, you know, in this experience here, that sounded so wrong, but go with it, man.
Um, I also asked, okay, what else can we, you know, what can we utilize?
What else can we anticipate?
And we got a beautiful card.
We got the ace of pentacles, also known as dis.
Okay.
And this is so incredibly positive because it's, um, the ace of pentacles is the combined messages that are positive in nature from the entire suit of pentacles, wealth, physical beauty, art, fertility, growth, and harvest.
Okay.
It's an abundance of all good material things we hope for.
Right.
Material world, spiritual world.
Right.
So this means that there's an, you know, we, we can, in essence, go for our dreams, go for it, what it is that we want.
You know, it will appear, it appears as a signal of manifestation.
All right.
It's heaven's blessing.
Perfectly.
So, you know, as we start to look at, you know, some of the things from the past, and mind you, we really are going to be going through this.
Just, just know that we are now, it's, it's in a way we have to kind of go through that process for us to then move forward, you know, lovingly into the sense of purpose of why we are here, your contribution, you know, that.
You know, we've been through a period as of late of where, in essence, we've had all these visions, you know, like, hey, I want to try this.
I'm going to go for this.
I'm going to do that.
I'm going to do that, you know, and some of us out there have been sort of like, you know, kind of like in a waiting room, just going, well, man, you know, there's a lot of like information that's coming in, but we haven't necessarily taken the action yet, you know, maybe in small increments, but that true vision, not the rinse and repeat cycle that we've been through, but that true vision that was bestowed to you.
A lot of people are still kind of debating it.
You know, can I do this?
Will I be able to?
How?
I don't know.
Oh, but I'm so cozy here.
I'm totally cozy, you know, and that kind of takes us back to the hangman when we're holding on, you know, and it's not just necessarily, for example, a relationship or anything like that.
It's literally a state of consciousness, you know, kind of like holding on to a seat.
You know, it's not just necessarily a state of consciousness.
It's letting go of that state of consciousness and really, really going for the higher consciousness.
Truly.
So that's really what's happening here.

And lastly, you know, at the very tail end here, I want to highlight that, you know, I did turn to an ascended master and said, okay, who wants to talk to us?
And I know I'm busting this out quickly, but bear with me.
Priorities, King Solomon.
This, the message is, devote time to your highest priorities, even if it means getting to bed earlier or later.
This is a wonderful time to work on projects that are near and dear to your heart.
Even if you're confused about how to approach the project, or you fear whether you'll be able to accomplish your dreams, do it anyways.
You feel elated by the time and energy you have in your heart.
You feel elated by the time and energy you have in your heart.
You feel elated by the time and energy you have in your heart.
You feel elated by the time and energy you have in your your true priorities, because your inner self will feel loved and will cared for.
As you invest in your priorities, you invest in yourself.
Okay?
Some additional meanings.
Let go of procrastination and perfectionism.
That's a big one, perfectionism.
Let it go.
Break your major goals into baby steps and take one step at a time.
Second, revamp your schedule so that you can devote regular time to your priorities.
Be assertive in saying no to anything that diverts you from your path.

Literally, though, this is such a beautiful opportunity.
I mean, spirit is so clear, you know?
Don't allow the past mindset, state of consciousness, to hold you back.
You know?
Break down your priorities.
You know, look at your higher calling.
That's your North Star.
Go for it.
Break it down into steps.
You can do it.
