Yeah, pretty good. I just ate some dinner and I'm ready to rock. What was dinner tonight? It was pizza. Oh, that's perfect because it sounds like peace. I had a piece of pizza. Oh my God. I love it because that's the theme for tonight. Yeah. So I'm going to tell everybody here like after the show, go out and get a piece of pizza. Yeah. Well, you know, I'm actually going to ask you at some point. I'm sure I'll ask you a question. All right. I'm down. I'm here. Very cool. I know where to find you. Yeah. And I'm continuing with my month of healing energies. Now this, this show is about all things psychic and psychic is about energy. Being psychic means being sensitive to and aware of energy. So every week I work on a different theme, you know, a different kind of topic, whether it's a specific psychic abilities or something to do with energy on a healing level or just energy in general. And I chose to make September a healing month because it just seemed to work. And that's just kind of how it is. And it's been really fun. The first week of September, I did a show called gratitude. And second week was, which was last Wednesday on September 11th. I did a show about forgiveness. Tonight's show piece from the inside out is going to be about that. How you bring healing to yourself and to pretty much the whole planet when you choose to set yourself at a vibration. And I'm going to go into some examples of that and give you some good peace resources. I decided to do peace this week because coming up this weekend on the 21st of September, it's not only the fall equinox where the summer is officially over babies, but we're moving into a whole new season, but it's also something called international peace day. And there is an organization. You can find them at peace.com. Peace one day.org started by a man years ago. I've wrote all this down and I've written about him before on my blog. A man named Jeremy Gilley, who is a visionary and a documentary filmmaker, which I guess is the same thing for those who make documentaries out there. They always have a vision. Not to mention everybody else making something, but it's lovely to have a vision, isn't it? And his vision was that there would be an internationally recognized peace day. And here's one reason. Why that's important. Excuse me. A UN recognized peace day is something that is recognized as a global ceasefire. And the UN actually recognized peace day as a global ceasefire day in 2001. And Jeremy Gilley talks about this. He makes films about it. He writes about it. And he does a lot of good work around peace. Now, I'm going to actually ask my friend. Mindy, if she has anything to say about peace, just as we get started while I finish coughing. What do you got to say, Mindy? Well, I would love peace, like world peace. I know sometimes it's hard. Everyone has to all have the same vision and, you know, everyone likes to disagree. Well, yeah, but can't we disagree peacefully? We can. There's peaceful ways about it. Like, I believe we recently solved. At least, you know, started to solve the Syria issue with peace. It's a temporary solve, but people, enough people said no. Yeah. Enough people. And that's a great example. And thank you so much for that. Yeah, I feel like that is like a global consciousness, like a success, even though it's only temporary. You know, like we postponed something bad from happening. Right. It wasn't making any sense to me. Here's this, you know, this terrible leader of Syria. Who is bombing and hurting and killing his people. So we're going to go in and bomb and hurt and kill his people to punish him. Really? Huh? And then not to mention the people we'd send over who get bombed and hurt and killed. It makes no sense. Yeah. Or the people that get angry with us for bombing Syria and line up to defend Syria. There you go. So that also is a big part of forgiveness. So people, you know, that's just it. When we get into it. And I did. I did forgiveness last week. I know it's, you know, but it's a big part of peace. People start to forgive and then we can have more peace. Anything else? Are you? I think that's about it. I mean, peace is there's so much to peace, but. Yeah. And not just pizza. Yeah. Thank you. You're welcome. Appreciate it. So continuing that this is what we're going to go into tonight. Peace from the inside out. And as I mentioned earlier, I will be giving readings. So don't feel shy about calling. It doesn't have to be a reading about any specific peace topic, but I may end up kind of guiding it a little bit that way, depending on what I see you are handling or what you're going through when I call or whatever your question is. I have a really wonderful quote here from a very famous man. If everyone wanted peace instead of another television, there'd be peace. John Lennon said that long, long time ago. And I agree with him. You know, that's, that's actually the point of this. It's what people decide that they want. What's a priority. And we each have the ability to make peace a reality in our lifetime, which actually this means you. I have to say it's been really interesting getting ready for this show the past couple of weeks. Cause I've, I usually, you know, get myself downtown and, and go sit someplace in a cafe or someplace early to kind of get my space a little bit and jot my notes. Any, any last notes I have and just get ready for the show. And I started sitting over in this different cafe last week. And now I, you know, I learned last week and it was there again tonight that every Wednesday at looks like about 630, six or 630, there is an occupy group that shows up and has a meeting in this particular cafe. And it's really cool. I heard one woman standing up and apologizing to another person in the group and trying to make some peace. And I thought it was just perfect. I'm writing my notes on thinking, this is really neat to be witnessing. And last week I witnessed some other thing too. It was like, it's kind of like everybody in that group is trying to re-identify with what they do moving forward. How does it look next? A new vision, which I found very lovely and hopeful. Um, it looks like I have my first caller and I'd love to give my first reading. So let's see who's here. Hi, who's here? Chris, it's Karen. You know, it would be me. Karen, you know, I had a feeling cause I heard from you today and I'm like, I know she's going to call, which is great. So how do you like tonight's topic? I love it. I love it. I think it's awesome. And I think as always, you're like right on with where people are and just the general in-sync-ness of, of what's happening out there. Well, thanks. And you look great in that blue top, by the way. Why, thank you. You know, I have to look and see like, what color, what color do I look good under bad lighting? It's not that it's bad lighting. It's just sort of bad lighting for video, but it works. I'm like, I have to, I have to wear a color. I look good in cause I'm vain. I'm going to Mindy. Keep that in mind when you get video back there in the booth. Although I've never seen you look bad in any color. Oh, thank you. I'll probably, I'll, I'll be hiding. Like I'll strategically place my soda cup right in front of it. Oh, I don't even drink soda. This is water. Yeah. Well, water cup. I don't think that's going to work. Mindy. Yeah. It's see-through. And it is going to be fun around here. Oh, we're going to do some costume action and I'm going to, I'm going to petition Skid Row Studios to get a, a camera in that booth before then. So Mindy and I can scare y'all. So Karen, what kind of question would you like? Do you have anything you'd like me to look at? I'm just kind of assuming you do, but you know. Yeah. Yeah. Well, you know, I have been thinking about peace from within lately, actually, and kind of getting to a new level within myself and coming to realize that any, anything I want or any answers I want just aren't out there. They are in here. They are within. And I'm allowing myself to go within, more than I have before. And then I start to ask, well, who am I really? I mean, really, you know, it's like there's more expansiveness there than I've ever really, I think, paid attention to or have been able to kind of get my hands around. So I guess my, the question and all that is what the hell am I doing, Chris? I really, I like it, but the picture I keep seeing while you're, while you're asking this, while you're saying this and just while you're, talking about this, the picture I keep seeing is that it's a really wonderful little yin, yang thing. It's a, it's a, your energy coming back to you. So the picture I see is it's sort of like when you see a wall that's been blown up kind of in reverse, you know, the reverse of all the particles that are blowing out, coming back in. And so it's not the opposite of, of creating and destroying. The picture is your energy coming back in. Yeah. You know, sort of you becoming more whole within or having an awareness of your own energy coming back within you. And then on the other hand, while you're doing that, while your energy is coming in, you're expanding. You have more energy now to expand yourself, not to take up more space, not to be out of your space, but it's a different picture of expansion than what you've had before. Your picture of expansion before was, um, not being in your space. And it wasn't even that you thought of it as expansion. And I'm talking about like, you know, you're this lifetime where the demand was, don't be in your space. Don't be neutral. Don't have the center of your head. Don't have your grounding. Don't have, you know, your own awareness for you. It's supposed to be spread out there and don't have your crown chakra. Don't go looking for your answers. You know, all the demands, not just family. It's, it's kind of bigger picture than that. And I think you get it. You can see that. And so what you're doing now is, as you're coming back to yourself, you're, there's more space for you to build from within. Like there's more available. You have the picture is you have more of a range of color available. Um, you know, kind of like a, having a paint set where before you only had a few colors of the spectrum and sometimes they would be these and sometimes they'd be others. So you have different vibrations coming back to you, your information, your energy, and you're realizing, you really know a lot. Like there's a lot of information you have and you're, you're trying to become pretty clear about what that is and what you're going to do with it, which I think looks great. I mean, just not to judge it, but I see it and go, this looks really healing for you. So when I see, um, I'm not gonna, I'm not the one to tell you what you're here to do other than what I just did tell you, which is really Karen, you're here to be you. And it looks like this is part of what you're finally getting. um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, the feeling of, you know, where you're like, oh yeah, this is like, you know, cause it's familiar, but it's also just so beautiful and it's emotional and it's, um, just awe inspiring and it's, uh, strengthening and it's all this stuff. Like you're really getting that. Oh yes, I'm here to be me. And kind of, there's a lot of trust with that too. You know, I know that sounds funny. Kind of, there's a lot of, but no, there, there is, there's a, a more of a trust. And even though I look at you, um, not having the full picture or, uh, some kind of a, it's like on the one hand, you have a lot of trust and you feel secure about it, you know, in a way that in the past you would have been freaking out going, what do I do next? What do I do next? And then when you go into thinking about it, you go into the, what do I do next? What do I do next? And then when you get back in your space and it's not about the thinking, but the being, you are very, um, clear. There's a certainty, even if you're not sure where that's going. So looks good to me. Like this is a huge growth period. You know, you're, you're becoming more of you. I'm, I'm talking really big picture here. Like this is big picture. Yowza. Looks good, Karen. Thank you. It feels really good. Um, like you said, it's, I know it's a huge change, but yet it feels familiar. Yeah. It's not as, it's not as much of a freak out period, but it's really pretty cool. It's kind of like, wow, this was here all this time. I know what this is great. And to tie it into tonight's theme, you're creating more peace within yourself. So congratulations to you just, and this is something I want to say to everybody, just having your own energy for yourself and knowing what that is, is what creates peace. That's really one of the big things that helps create peace. It's not a perfect thing. It's more of a, Oh yeah, this is me. Like there's nothing you're missing. So right on, Karen. Great. Kind of a big deal. Yeah. So I love your topics. Well, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Next week, my last Thursday or Wednesday of September is going to be about trust. Oh, that's going to be, you're going to like that one too. Yeah. It's like a month of, I'm feeling energies. Yeah, it's a good one. Trusting, trusting yourself, just having trust. So that's going to be coming. And I had a, I just wanted to tell you that because I have a feeling you're going to like it. So there. Well, I look forward to that. And one of the things that I wanted to mention to you, and you're talking about peace and trying to bring peace into the world for yourself, is one of the fun things that I try to do when I'm out in the world is to leave everybody that I come in contact with, with a smile. Yeah. That they pass that on to the next people that they interact with. I think that's beautiful. I love, I love that. And I do that too. I'm, I'm, I smile at people, especially the ones I don't know. Right. Try to say, you know, smile or people really like it, especially in this city. They do like it. Yeah. It catches them off guard. It does. Which is kind of fun. Definitely. And you know, it's funny. I noticed this living in the city and then also coming downtown and I'm, there's, you know, we're, we're, we really are in an area called Skid Row, even though it's like a wide mix of all kinds of things of commerce and people and working people. And then there's homeless people and there's a lot, you know, a lot of people walking around who live on the streets. They'll just look at you and say hello. And whether it's them saying hello or something in them, I don't care, but I always say hello back. Yeah. I'm like, hi. And I just keep going, you know, but I say hi to them because I'm like, yeah, there's a hello. It's nice to validate them. Absolutely. People, not spite of their situation. Exactly. Not pretend that they don't exist. Exactly. Very true. So would you like a reading? Well, I would love a reading. Your readings are always wonderful. Well, thanks, Bonnie. What would you like me to take a look at? I don't have a specific question. Well, you know what? Is there anything that you're able to? What I'd love to do is take a look at something that goes with tonight's topic, which is basically the growth period you're in about creating more peace and space within yourself. You know, just like, well, how that, how that looks, the first couple of pictures that come off the top, because there's a stack of pictures. The picture is that you have a, that you're, I see, I see this picture of you sitting in a living room, but the living room is from long ago. I mean, it could be your grandparents or your parents living room from long ago, but however, in the picture, you're who you are now, even though the living room is in the past. And it looks like you're going through a stack of pictures. They could be family, family photos. They could be, some of them look like documents or history or information or, just different memories too. And so this is all on an energetic level. You're going through old, as you're changing a lot in your own space and you might be doing a lot of this in your dreams or on a, on a really high spiritual level, like not necessarily going through it, thinking about it in every day, even though it looks like it comes up, but the pictures you're going through old documents, and some of them have to everything to do with memories or he said, she said, or what was how people always saw things as being real, you know, kind of like the old reality. It's actually, that's what it looks like. It's past time, reality, other people's reality for you in present time. This is a lot about you getting your own information into present time, you know, your own certainty, your own knowingness, your own, um, knowing what's real, you know, kind of like what's, what's, what's the reality as opposed to, um, there's one of my favorite phrases I made up years ago is, um, every day is a fresh new unreality for some people, you know, and, and I said it about a very specific person, but I'm talking about you. You're not like you, you're not in an unreality at all. You're getting yourself more into a present time reality about your situation or your, uh, what's true for you. And that's what it looks like is you're, you're kind of culling your energy or going through, coming through and getting, um, important information to you back from the past. So it looks like it's you bringing your energy back into present time. And some of it goes way back, like, you know, earlier on in your life, even before you were born, like just the family, um, stories, you know, even if they were, um, the story wasn't told, but it was lived through the way people set their energy. So that's still a story. And you're looking at it going, what's a real story? Like, what's my story? You know, and that's you, Bonnie going in present time. What's my story? So it's pretty wonderful. It's you getting your information in your own, um, more of your own sense of your purpose and your truth in present time. And that's creating a gentler space for you, a gentler kind of vibration within you, which is great. Well, that's fine. I'll keep working on that. Yeah. It's, it's something you're already doing without any effort because you're healing, you know, and that's, that's huge. So, that is huge. Yeah, it is. I say, keep up the good work, woman. I'm still working on some of that forgiveness aspect. I'm going back to last week's gone. I'm sure there's still some things I need to forgive, but I have to work out how to be at peace with it. Have a good night. Bye. Bye-bye. Hey, everybody. I have a couple of really, really wonderful little things I wanted to read to you. I do have another caller coming in in just a moment, but before I give that reading, one of the, there's a book that I've known about for years and you might've heard about it. It's, it's written by a pretty famous Japanese scientist named Masaru Emoto. And he's wonderful. He did years and years ago, he started doing experiments on water molecules. And I can't remember what it was that inspired him to start doing this, but he started doing these experiments where he'd have water molecules, like, you know, a glass of water or I don't know, just however he did it. Usually it was, it was in a laboratory controlled situation. And he would, he would kind of measure the molecules or look at them actually under a microscope before and after they were shown things like words, sort of like written on a piece of paper, the word love or the word hate and so on. And also different sounds. And different kinds of, you know, and also the water molecules coming from different parts of the planet, different cities and different places. And it's really just a phenomenal, just very interesting experiment. And the thing I really love about this is that it's all about energy. You know, it's about the energy that the water molecules that he, he was able to, he reasoned that we are made mostly of water. And so is our planet. And that the energy of anything, anything you vibrate at, anything you say or say to yourself or choose to believe or be at or repeat for yourself has a certain vibration. And I'm always talking about energy on this show, about energy, vibration and so on. So this is like kind of a neat illustration in a really wonderful little book called the hidden messages in water. I'd check it out if I was you, but there's this really neat little part that, that he wrote. Goes like this. Our lives are made possible by the movement of an unseen energy. Therefore, I would hope that we'll always be aware of this and pay attention to those around us and the things going on around us. This is something that is very important. This is because the act of looking at something has an effect on it. Everyone seems to be aware of this, but we don't put it into practice. And he goes on from there. He's talking about just the, the act of saying something. And then when you're, you know, has an effect on you, has an effect on those around you and the energy around you, which actually helps to spread more of the same thing. He also did this really cool thing that you'll see in the book where he had water molecules watching television or near a television and also a computer and listening to different kinds of music or, you know, playing that music around the molecules. And it was, it's really fascinating to see how they change according to what is happening in the room. So this is, you know, this is, you can't really illustrate it much more clearly than that on some level. I already happened to believe in this stuff anyway. For me, it's not a hard stretch, but I find that when people are a little bit skeptical about what energy does and how much power their own energy has, stuff like that is very useful. Where are you calling from? Olympia, Washington area. Oh, that's wonderful. Very cool. That was my first callers and I came from not far from there. So that's great. Yay. Neat. So do you have any comment about the comp? The show tonight? Or would you like a reading? Well, I would love a reading. What happened is I came home late and my friend had told me about the show. And I just got the message and called in and here you are. So I didn't catch much except for the water molecules. But I've read that book, which is absolutely fascinating. Great. Yes. Yes. Neat. Well, what would you like me to look at? And basically I'm doing a show about peace from the inside out, about working with the vibration, the energy of peace. Um, that, well, very much. Um, how to stop the, um, I guess the patterns that we all get into when we think we're conscious and yet we're, you know, 10 years later you look back and you go, Oh, I was still behaving in that manner, even though, you know, our many times we think we're beyond that, you know, that we've learned. Well, I'm going to make this about you, not about us. Yes. Yes. What about specifically for you? What do you got? Um, what do I get going on is how to, I guess how to change patterns, how to, Oh, great. Yeah. you know, how to, you know, yeah. Wonderful, Beryl. So let me just start to look, um, I'm just going to go into this, um, just with what I see coming up with for you with changing patterns. And the picture I see is, it's really great. Um, the picture I see is that when you have your space, and by that, I mean, when you're really conscious of your own energy, there's a certain level, level of gratitude you have that goes with that. You know, like when you're feeling good, you know, just feeling like you've got your energy and there's this sort of like a, um, I can take on the world kind of optimism. And, but it looks like what happens sometimes when you do that is it spills over because you're, you're so happy that you want to go heal everybody else. Um, and it's not like you run around, you know, on the streets screaming here, I want to give my energy away. Let me heal you all. But it just looks like there's a, um, you have a, a real enthusiasm and exuberance, and there's a natural healer quality that you have to, you do, you are a healer. But what I see happen sometimes is you, um, when you have so much of you, sometimes what you do is you, for you don't know the value of it. You kind of give it away and you're not wrong. You're just simply learning. There, there's a, there's a back and forth here, a balance, because you would really love to, you know, you love to inspire others or to help them or, you know, to just be a positive force in your world. But it looks like what you get caught in with the patterns is this sort of trying to make other people go along. This is a bigger picture. It's not like the little one. It's kind of like the bigger one of everybody should match to this. And, and does this sound like you? Yes, it does. Yes. And you're, and I, oh, go ahead. I don't think I heal myself very well. That's what I mean about also getting stuck in my own patterns. But it's like what you just said. Yes, I had, I definitely have a, even when I'm not conscious of it, um, uh, an, I guess a propensity to, you know, help others move along to what's healing for them, even if it just means, you know, helping somebody with loneliness or, you know, being, yeah. Well, that, that's, um, the expression for that is you're an out of control healer. Now, this is not a bad thing either. I have been that and believe me, it's, it's a deal. And basically it's that right now what you're doing is what, what many, many healers on the planet are learning, which is that your first job as a healer is to actually know your own energy and heal yourself because you can't heal anybody or anything if you have no energy left. And so what I see is this demand on you has been, and this is where some of the patterns come in. The demand on you has been to, you know, store up your energy, like get your energy back and then go find someone to give it to and not make it about you. And so this is also, not just a demand in your space. It looks like it goes along with value pictures. If I was going to do one thing, if I was you, um, to heal some of this or to get out of some of these patterns, it would be to start to be able to love and see and know yourself more clearly so that you can, um, see that the value of your own energy, just as it is, you know, like just having your space is healing for others. And you don't know that yet. And that's actually some of what I want to get into in this show tonight is just, how you setting the vibration at peace and, or whatever, you know, validation, healing and so on is the healing others can match to rather than you thinking you have to go put band-aids on everybody. Right. So I have a whole, um, on my, on my blog, psychic every day, I have a whole blog about, um, energy and psychic and healing and all this stuff. It's just psychic everyday.com. Very easy, but you'll see one of the tabs, uh, says what's on this blog. And there's a drop, a breakdown, and there's a, um, a page that's called posts about healing and healing yourself or something like that. You know, go check it out and you may want to, you know, just kind of, you'll get some help and some tips and things like that. You're basically, you're not doing anything wrong. You're just becoming more aware and conscious of what's true about your energy. What do you need to do? Right. Right. For you. And how to break out of my own patterns, not just the patterns of give, giving to others, but the patterns of, um, giving out, just wrapping up so that you can get on with other callers. But the patterns, the patterns of, um, you know, the old mind chatter, the things that would, um, not inspire me about myself. Right. The patterns of giving away, which is what I wanted to say to you. There's giving and then there's giving away. Right. And you're learning to the difference right now. So this is the more you get to know yourself and value your energy for what it is, the, and then there's guilt that shows up. You know, all these things that show up like, oh, I should go and fix that. And it is a, Hey, another Wednesday live show, September 18th. I'm doing a show about peace from the inside out. So I'm talking about, about the energy of peace and about creating that for yourself. And what that means, like how that actually changes everything when you decide to be at the vibration of peace. And one thing I want to tell you is I, I have on my website and my website and my blog. And there's one that I'm kind of really, you know, promoting this week called a peace meditation. And it's a 20 minute meditation about setting your own energy at the vibration of peace. And it's really fun and easy. And you can just go there and download it. You know, it's just go find it there and you don't have to really do anything other than you don't have to register. You can just go in and download it. So, so there you have it. Now I want to keep continuing with this topic. Peace is a minute. Peace is a minute to minute choice. You know, it's not a static perfect state. It's something that you, you get to decide in present time. This is the kind of, this is the kind of vibration I would like to be at. It's a consciousness being able to have yourself set at a certain vibration, a certain energy so that you can have that for yourself so that, you know, no matter what anybody else around you is choosing to have their energy at you decide you're going to have your energy at the moment. This nice little conscious vibration of, oh, peace within. Oh, yes, that's right. And it changes everything. It makes a big difference. It's a living breathing energy. And there's something that Mindy brought up at the beginning when we were when we were chatting about having conflicts, you know conflicts there are there are always conflicts. No, it's part of life. You know, it's part of all of our relationships. We have conflicts. We don't always agree on things and we don't have to. Peace. Is not pretending that you agree when you don't agree. By the way, it's not like stuffing your own desires or pretending you don't agree, but there is compromise and there's also the permission to have a healthy disagreement. What happens when people get marginalized or when groups get marginalized kind of like we've seen in our country, the United States of America over the past number of years around the elections, especially but now in general, there's such a marginalization. There's such a dichotomy of black and white of you know, you're either it's like us against them and us against them just doesn't work because then there's no common ground. Look at the Congress of the United States. There's no common ground. Nobody's really wanting to create a solution. It's more about the who's going to win and that's kind of crazy, you know, but that's that's what's happening. So when you create permission for yourself to not agree with, you know, you can have people you don't agree on anything with but it can be peaceful disagreement. It doesn't have to devolve into something really ugly. Every time somebody on Facebook does that I either unfriend them or I you know, if I found them somewhere else, I just get away. I try to do that because it happens so much on social media where people will just attack if they don't agree rather than actually communicating in an intelligent way and I found myself in a bunch of discussions. Like that where I'm just trying to be really no. No, this is my perspective not I'm going to kill you, you know, just this is I we don't agree. That's okay. We don't have to maybe we can learn from each other and that's part of creating a vibration of peace that there's permission to have a healthy disagreement. So there let's see now. You decide that you're going to set yourself at a vibration of gentleness or peace even just toward yourself. Maybe what you decide to do is, kind of like I talked about just a moment ago having a healthy, you know agreement to have a healthy disagreement. And you can decide that you are going to perhaps not necessarily agree with those around you. But not need to match to where others are really believing certain things, you know, like when other people are believing that yeah war is necessary, you know, you really for who I don't know a lot of people make money on it, I guess. But you know things like that. So you don't have to be the person who who kind of like either get your, you know, neck cut off by some of your head cut off by somebody because they don't agree with you. You don't have a stick your neck out like that if you don't want to but what you can do is just decide within that you are going to set your own tone at a vibration that is more peaceful. You know, there's there's nothing wrong with that and that inner peace creating a, a little vibration of inner peace for yourself deciding you can be at peace that you can have it within you that'll change what happens around you because everywhere you go you bring energy with you. So I'm going to say that again actually have a lot of stuff. I write about that everywhere you go if you're going consciously if you're going with yourself consciously you have it's it's called having your space. This is what the psychics call it the whole I know it's like you have your space, you know where you're at your spaces your body and your spirit your aura your energy field your body all of that. Having your space doesn't mean you have to be perfect. Having your space just means you know where you're at and you're in your own space. You've got you with you. You're choosing what is happening inside of there. Because the only thing you can control on the whole planet believe it or not is yourself your own energy. So sometimes people get into big fights and conflicts and wars and problems because they're trying to control everything outside of themselves. One of the most fun things I've gotten to do in the past few years is give a lot of readings to people who are learning to let go of control. Not that I have any matches with that haha, but yes, I do, but there's a the dimension. There's a demand to control things or to make things work a certain way or to try to make things safe or to you know, make things happen in a in a way that actually even puts you in effort. But when you start to really get into creating control for on others or needing the outside world to sort of match to where you're at trying to control it then others might get a little resentful. They might not like that whether it's your children or people, you know on the freeway or people you don't know at all as you're walking through the store or you know your family or your friends or whoever you just it's it's a it's something that's kind of not your job to worry about or to try to control what they're doing. On the other hand, if you decide to control yourself and to do it in a kind way to yourself, you know, peaceful gentle beautiful way. Then what you do is you you set a new vibration. You actually do become more peaceful from the inside of you. And that does have an effect on every place you go. Now think about it, you know, you know people who know how to be peaceful. So even if you're not, you know, they're not like you or their lives are very different. But who has had an effect on you in your life who really knows how to set a vibration of peace who really knows how to have a peaceful tone or who you know, you just feel calm around because that person has a certain kind of certainty or that they just feel grounded to you or they you know, they're not in your space. It's you don't you don't handle a lot of drama. It's easy to be around that person. And then there are the ones you know who don't do that who are kind of not conscious of where they're at and they might be all over your space when you show up and rather than fight with them or make a deal with them. You know, you know, you don't get to take them or make them wrong or try to tell them they're doing it wrong. Just watch, you know, have that example and have your space get back to you. Create your own energy to be how you want it to be because you're the one who does have control over what happens inside of you. And if you haven't had control over what happens inside of you, and it's not that it's about being perfect again, honestly, it's it's a daily thing. But if you feel like, it's not your fault that I'm in a bad mood because of so-and-so and I'm going to be this way because of so-and-so, then you're giving up your power and you're blaming others rather than taking responsibility for what it is that you're going through or what you're choosing. I mean, it's certainly valid that somebody else doing something or saying something to you or behaving a certain way has an effect on you. And you know that, and just part of how it is. But you can clear out the effect. You can start to release it, heal from it, forgive it, let it go, and go back to the vibration you want to be at. And if you've been finding it's been really tough for you to create a vibration of peace, a couple suggestions. One, start to meditate. You hear me say this like just about every week. I'm going to keep being that broken record, but do it. Give yourself some time to communicate with yourself. Meditation. Meditation is really like having a conversation with yourself. And it's also about resetting the tone inside of you for how you want it to be. Bringing your body and spirit together, that's actually being psychic. That's kind of the definition, really, in a way. Being psychic doesn't have anything to do with going outside and telling everybody else what they should do or what's going to happen or, you know, all that stuff. It's more about you knowing you. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself. You know yourself is the greatest psychic ability. And then loving yourself, forgiving yourself, choosing to have peace. Consciousness means awareness. It's kind of, you know, you can do it as simply as sit down, close your eyes, be with yourself and just notice what is the energy. If it was a temperature what would the temperature be within you? What's the emotion? What's the feeling? What's happening? And then is it yours? That's the next part of this. Is it your energy? Is it uncomfortable? Is it good? Do you want to let it go? And then can you let it go? We'll get more into this. I have a caller who took me up on my kind offer. Who's here? Hi, you're live. Well, you know, I hardly ever get to listen live. I almost always listen on the podcast. And I was just listening this morning to last week's podcast on forgiveness, which I love. Thanks. And I had a question from Ben. That's perfect. And I was listening and no one knew, I think what one person called in that whole show. Yes. Yes. Usually when I do a tough, a tough one, people don't call. It's okay. It's funny because I was listening to it a week later and I was saying, I have a question. That's all right. So what's your question? Tell me, I'd love to look at it. Well, my question is, and I'm not exactly sure how to formulate this, but I believe that there is some forgiveness that I have to give, but I don't know that I am completely. I'm completely conscious of what the situation is. I've become more conscious of it in the last year or so. And I'm just sort of wondering kind of what, what maybe I'm not willing to look at. Yeah, this is perfect. Your question is, what are you not seeing? Yeah. Yeah. About this. Perfect. And I only, I'm cutting you off because I only have a few minutes. So let's just take a look, a quick look here. So what are you not seeing with the forgiveness? And it's very funny because the whole time you were talking about it, I kept seeing this picture of you having this, this, you know, that looks like the forgiveness wrapped in tissue, kind of like you'd wrap something from a trousseau or a, you know, it was like really old fashioned looking, you know, like this is after the wedding has happened or after the event happened. And I'm going to wrap this up and put it on a shelf way in the back. And it doesn't look like it has necessarily to do with any one person, but it looks like it has to do with you. There's sort of a folding. And the picture is that as you're becoming more conscious, little bits of this are sort of nudging you and saying, okay, here's another one. Here's another one. Like here's another. And it's, what I see it is, it's not like a specific, perfect kind of energy of what you forgive, but that it's more about you just saying, oh yeah, I can always have my forgiveness whenever I want to. You know, I can reach for, what's it? It's one of the lines from the Luca Bloom song I played in last week's contest. Reach for my forgiveness. And that's what it looks like. It looks like it's about just always letting that be in your palette, you know, available to you. And it's a simple thing. It's kind of like creating and destroying, boom, let it go, releasing, you know, and it looks like this has to do, there's stuff that as you're getting deeper within yourself, there are more things you're becoming aware of. And it has to do with how you have chosen to have your energy and your people and the demand on you to not be completely authentic sometimes, but adjust yourself to others. And so a lot of the forgiveness is for you. So not that you're wrong, just simply, there's been a demand to be the kind of hold back, not be completely upfront about some things because you were protecting or healing others, or there wasn't permission. And it's forgiving them for not understanding that and forgiving you for doing that. And then realizing, yeah, that's just what I had to do. It's okay. I'm going to forgive it. So this is a big picture. It's like a whole big new identity picture. Like you're just starting to unwrap some of this is what it looks like to me, Sandy. So it's nothing to overthink or to worry about or freak out about. It just looks like it's as you're adjusting, like the picture I see is like you're taking up more room within your own self and you're having to move out some of the places where you didn't, which is good. There's a couple of things I do want to mention here with, um, um, another way you can start to kind of create more peace within yourself. Listen to yourself, listen to your own intuition, your own. It's not just knowing your own energy. It's also listening to the guidance and the wisdom of the things you're trying to tell yourself. Sometimes we make choices in our life and later on go, Oh, I knew I shouldn't have done that. Or I knew, you know, I, I, you know, like you just knew you were, there was part of you that knew that there was another way and you get to forgive yourself for that. and then decide, okay, that's what I learned. Where are you calling from? I'm in Washington, D.C. Well, nice to hear your voice. And I have about a minute or so. What do you got for me? Any comment or do you want a quick little reading here? Well, I was listening to your shows about destruction and now we're at peace. And I'm wondering how do you get to the peace within the destruction, like when you're in it? That's beautiful. And are you specifically talking about yourself right now? Oh, yeah. Well, because that's what it looked like. But the picture I see is there's a picture of you in a room and everything in the room is white, which looks like it's kind of an unconscious energy. You're moving out of the way. And it looks like you're tilting up. Like there's a great big, cart laden with stuff. And there's all these things covered with energy, like this unconsciousness. And you became aware of something like a great big lie underneath it all. And it looks like what you're doing is you're destroying what's been in this room. And the room looks like it's been you enclosed in this unconsciousness. And there hasn't been permission necessarily for you in the past to do it to this level before. So it looks like one of the things you're having to kind of handle as you go through the destruction, is giving yourself permission to destroy. Because you're really a healer on many levels, but there's been, now you're having to heal yourself by destroying lies, like getting rid of something that's been not truth in your space. And one thing I'd say to you is not what you should do, but that if you can let go of the perfect picture of it has to be peaceful, like it's not like you're gonna run around and go hurt anybody, you know, like meaning to, like being nasty, but that there is hurt in all of this. And what I'm suggesting is not that there is one way to do it, but that you've got to have permission to destroy what is a lie, because a lie is not peace. And then you can get to it. And it's creating the peace within yourself by letting go of what has not been peaceful. And you will get to it. It will get deeper. Right now you are in destruction mode. So it's gonna not feel like that for a little bit. But if you can stay out of judgment, of yourself while you're going through this, it's gonna help you a lot. Okay? Great.
