 When I heard that someone was arrested for patient dumping,
 I thought maybe they were talking about my dad after his morning coffee.
 Stop it.
 Turns out two hospital employees have been fired
 and three others disciplined for putting mentally ill patients on a bus
 and sending them to other states.
 Oh, that patient dumping.
 Oh, okay, that makes more sense.
 Mostly downtown L.A.
 That hospital bought 1,500 one-way bus tickets.
 From Nevada to L.A.?
 200 to L.A., 70 to San Diego, 19 to Sacramento, and then to other states.
